Did a great job with my oil change and tune up. I needed my car in about 2 hours and they were able to accommodate me. In addition, they provided a complimentary inspection and made some helpful recommendations for future maintenance.

Our first trip here was for a big repair and an oil change. I was impressed by the employees’ willingness and patience in answering all our questions and giving us time to think about what was best for us. We decided to go with the repair, and the shop finished in just a few hours.

Love coming here for my oil changes. They’re always quick and the price is great. I don’t live in Anaheim anymore but I’d rather drive to this spot because I’m a satisfied customer.

Service was excellent and swift. I came in for a brake pad change and was offered no hassle options and there was no upselling from the guys. Very professional, and was done within an hour!

First time here and the service was quick and easy, took about 20 minutes for an oil change. Brought in my own full synthetic oil and oil filter and they charged me for only $ 20. Will be coming back.

Been coming here for years !!! Get my regular oil changes from here, they done the majority of work on my car. The staff and service is always helpful and do great work. I recently purchased a new car, and the sensor for air kept coming on, I took it to them and they helped but air in my tires.

Had my car’s lock fixed, they had to order the parts from somewhere else and told me to come back the next day. After 10 mins I get a call that they could do the job today since they got the part at a nearer location. Came back and left my car, Al offered me a ride home so I would not be stuck there while they were working.
After a couple of hours Al was there to pick me up from home and the job was done, well done I must say.
Will definitely come back here for all my auto repairs from now on.

Great service! I get off of work late and I would not have made it on time. So I called and they told me they would wait for me even after closing. I got there the service was quick and they also checked my car out for me when I asked if my car would make it to mammoth and it was a good thing they did because I had tons of problems that I did not know about.

This is one of the most honest places I’ve ever been to. Al is super nice and helpful. They do great work at reasonable prices and always in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place. I’ll never take my car anywhere else again.

This review rating is strictly based on customer service and price of an oil change (i am writing this as i wait for service on my car).
I called this place for an oil change. The gentleman who answered the phone was gracious enough to engage in a 10 minute conversation with me about the prices of a synthetic oil change (i was trying to get the best deal possible). He sold me on the oil change. So far I am impressed with the quality of customer service. The price of the oil change was very fair (roughly $ 60 for 6 qts of oil and filter).
I will have to see how well the job gets done before I can comment any more.

I am updating my review because I had to come back twice in one week only because nobody here knew how to reset my oil change sign for a Volkswagen Golf. Anyway the man was very apologetic about how long it took them to figure it out, thoughI was a little upset, I will come back.

Al was a great help here today! He was able to give me a great part, Centric brake pads and discs, for a great price. Fast service and great people. Will be coming back next time I need service done

I got a defective oil filter installed, but they fixed it right away without charge.
I’ve felt that they’ve treated me pretty well.

I have been here 3 times:
1^st visit was a little slow, but that was because they did not have my oil filter in stock and had to go get one from a dealer.
2^nd visit they did have my filter in stock and overall the visit was relatively quick.
3^rd visit they had me in and out in record time.
So why only 1 star. Very simple. They did not tighten my oil filter down to the OEM specified torque. How do I know? Well after driving my car for some time (about half way between oil changes) my car decided to spew all of the oil in my engine all over my engine compartment.
Burnt oil and smoke everywhere. Had to have car towed to dealer because I thought I had a major engine failure. Only to be told my oil filter was loose and no other leaks were found. $ 200 later for labor and a steam cleaning of my engine compartment to avoid an oil fire, here we are with a 1 star review.
So after you add up the cost of the 3 «discount» oil changes and the cost of the clean up. It would have been cheaper to take my car to my dealer in the first place.
Do yourself a favor, for the sake of your car, do not cut corners on your service. Avoid Ana Auto Lube N Tune.
Oh and the only reason they have so many 5 star reviews is because they hound you to put up a review and when you do they give you a discount. So way to buy Unilocal reviews.
