Somewhat knowledgable in material and his merchandise, however, once you see how he presents himself in your home with his associate, huge red flag. True, he advertises affordability, but definitely not reliability. Once you place that order and pay him for the goods, Enrique will have all the excuses in the book for not returning your call, not having the right size, or reasons why he was unable to deliver your merchandise on time. if your planning to use his business for a special occasion, get ready to be disappointed and stressed out. if you’re still not convince, pls have an agreement in writing and have him sign it. only way you’ll ever get a refund back.

let me start off by saying that i made every effort in trying to empathize with this business owner from a human perspective; sadly i have to say that from a consumer perspective i cannot fathom the idea of someone like this being in business. let me start off by saying that i am reposting the message i deleted previously because the business owner held that as collateral against the deposits of 12 groomsmen from a wedding and also made threats about«coming after,» certain individuals — i will leave that to the bbb and consumer interpretation. after nearly three months of making an effort to hear this persons assurance, and providing numerous alternative options i have given up. i will also re-post the initial post and also file with the bbb. to close out this follow up i will go ahead and quote the individual per our last conversation that shows his credibility as an individual, business man, and someone who repeatedly re-scheudled meetings: «hey alex i totally forgot that today is a alcohol festive day.» by my interpretation insinuating that his obligatory meetings, financial scapegoats, and obligations of the past were superceded by his priority to celebrate this, «day of alcohol festivities.» reposting of initial Unilocal post: by far the worst experience i’ve ever had with any business. i felt like it was more of an excuse for a business. twelve groomsmen and one groom… not 1, not 1 tux fit appropriately on any of the groomsmen. the tuxedos were delivered either two days(around 10 pm) or the day prior(at around midnight) of the wedding. the owner asked me to try on my tuxedo, which i did and was far too small from what i ordered. i have about five suits and none of which are near the gap and disparity in fitment that i was asked to try on. after trying on the tuxedo and having it be about two sizes too small i asked him what my options were. his response was a blank stare… i asked him again and he said if i’d be in the area he could try and meet me although it was his day off. i told him i’d be driving to the wedding(120 miles away) and that i’d be crossing paths but only for a short time. …again a blank stare… i asked what my options were and he did nothing but look at his gf and back at me. at this point i gave up and looked at my fiancé to tell her that i’d probably take this to my mother to try and fix or wear my own suit. he said, ‘oh so we’re okay?‘ next day i took the tuxedo to my mother who said it would honestly take at least an hour to alter the tuxedo, but other than that it would be a disgrace to wear this in public. i called, enrique the supposed owner again, and he responded by giving me tons of excuses of the stress he’d been through, although he’d been paid over 1300 dollars — which he had no problem accepting. i attempted to call him again later and he told me he could get the issue taken care of he just needed to call a person in the area and he’d call me by 10 am(the next day, same day of the wedding). next day came along and it was 1130 am and still no phone call. mind you groomsmen were meeting at 1:00 pm for pictures. i call him and he tells me ‘oh i forgot, let me call.’ twenty minutes pass and then he calls me telling me to show up to a business for them to tailor my tuxedo about 10 miles away. i ask if i should say that i was sent over by anaheim tuxedo, and he responds by saying, ” oh i’m not paying for it, i’m doing you a favor on my day off by calling around for you, you need to pay for it!“ at this point i was over it! are you kidding me… no words can describe the feeling that i had at the end of this conversation. do not ever do business with this company or individual… ever. i will rather do the research for a true tuxedo for your event myself than have you or anyone go with this person.

Hey Enrique, I would appreciate it if you can call me back. I have all my groomsmen’s tuxedos waiting and would like to get them back to you so I don’t have 14 tuxes at my house. Per our last conversation on Sunday, January 25th, we were supposed to meet today. I understand how busy you can get when you’re self-employed. Please call me if you need to reschedule this pick up, yet again.

I went there for my senior prom last year, and they straight up lied to me. I wear a 34 sized coat, and those usually come with a 28 inch waist. So I went to Anaheim Tuxedo Rentals and asked if they could order one for me with a 30 inch waist. All suit pants usually come with an extra 2 inches of fabric, which is what I wanted just in case, otherwise I would have just got my own 28s and added the 2 inches myself. I specifically asked if I could get a 30 with the 2 extra inches of fabric, and the guy said yes. Instead, when I got my suit it was obvious that they already added the two inches from the extra fabric. The waistline did not match up at all right where the two inches of fabric should be at. They make you pay for part of it first, so there was nothing much we could do.
