Auto Glass Replacement & Service

Windshield broke courtesy of a large rock! I called around and no places answered and Sundays are not good days to need you windshield replaced. I called on Sunday morning got a very good quote of 260 for a 2010 Mazda 3 w/​rain sensor… That included the mobile service, installation and windshield. They made my day!
Until… I noticed within the next few days that there was a defec t in the windsheild. There is a blurry spot right in the middle of the winsheild. I called and left multiple messages but they did not return my calls. When I finally got a hold of them a week later. The man who answered was not very helpful or willing to help me out. He said that since its after market it was going to have defects and may be blurry. (This was not mentioned to me in person nor is it on the receipt) BEWARE, THEY ALSO GO BY CORONA AUTO GLASS out of LA!!! I’m sorry but a windsheild IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BLUR YOUR VISION. ITS A SAFETY ISSUE. WHY WOULD I REPLACE A CRACKED WINSHEILD FOR A BLURRY WINDSHEILD!?! In the end the man was ot willing to work with me and ended up hanging up on me and will not answer my calls. I call the Better Business Bureau on them complaint #97 806 028. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSWHERE. The man who replaced my windsheild was willing to take the drinks that I offered him and his partner (who had a small child with him) and at the end of the day, I had left over beer from a concert the night before, I offred it up and he took it too!
