Bagel Me!

Not even going to lie the first time I stepped foot in here I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie because the staff forgot to make it. But because of my inconvenience they awarded me with a $ 5 gift certificate.
I figured the incident was isolated. So I returned and had myself a tuna melt. Which was DELICIOUS!
Today I had a turkey, bacon, avocado, & a fruit cup! Mmmmm so good! I asked if it was ok if I waited in the car and the man walked my food out to me! I’m happy I gave them a chance. SO DELICIOUS

On Sunday, January 10^th at 2:50pm My children and I stopped by to get a pizza bagel. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with, «We close in 10 minutes. I’ll be right with you.» I ordered a pizza bagel (to go since they were closing soon) and paid for my purchase. As the cashier was about to give me my change, the guy in the back calls out to her that «we don’t have any.» She handed me back my money and asks what else she can get. I asked if there was anything similar to a pizza bagel because that’s what my children like to eat there. She said, «not really, no. We already have everything put away because we are closing in 10 minutes.» I asked, «But you’re not closed yet? You close in 10 minutes?» «She said, «yeah. But we have to have everything closed up.» I let her know that I worked in food service for several years and that the proper thing to do is to have everything available to order until closing, and then you put it away. She didn’t say anything so we left. Very disappointed.

I use to go to this place when it was at it’s other location and I think it was much better then. I always get the jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño/​onion cream cheese and the bagel I just recently got wasn’t good. It had cheese on it but no jalapeño, and the cheese was burnt and dry. Not very tasty. I’ll probably be trying a new place next time I am in town.

Came here for breakfast and ordered a Lox Bagel and a Western Chicken Bagel and 2 coffees. Both were on Cheese Jalapeño bagels. The bagel sandwiches were a decent size and comes with bagel cheese and a side of apple sauce.
The Lox Bagel was good but didn’t have capers…
The Western Chicken Bagel was also good but could have a little more chicken.
The decaf and the regular coffee was ok. Overall ok but nothing special…

I’ve had enough. Every time I go here it’s something different. Sometimes it’s the ridiculous amount of time the food takes. Other times I get home with my take-​out order and it’s not right (about 100% of the time).
Today… credit/​debit cards. I can’t use my card for less than $ 5? As the owner of multiple businesses accepting credit cards, I’m very aware of the fees. Welcome to 2015! Rather than just adding a nickel to the price of everything on the menu, you’re going to turn away business? It’s literally insane. I have to imagine that a large portion of your business comes from the kids at Canyons High School right across the street. Well guess what? Most of those kids have never heard of cash! The lack of business sense is astounding.
Learn to adapt to the changing business world of plastic payment. Learn to run a business. The entire chain of Bagel Me restaurants is a total joke. Just stay away.

Always helpful. Always pleasant. Best bagels in town. Cheese onion bagel toasted dark with veggie cream cheese, or a glazer toasted with butter. Try the Super C blended drink.

This place uses fake microwave egg patties in their bagel sandwiches. How hard is it to cook an egg and charge 7 dollars ?? Pretty disappointing. Bagels are good, employees are nice.

Purchased several dozen bagels for large event. The bagels were great but not the most responsible price. Employees did a great job having them ready with only a 20 minute notice.

Okay, so they say call ahead and order so we can have them ready for you. I have called twice, and twice they have failed me. I never had this problem at the one by Target before they closed that store. They are expensive, slow, understaffed, and they have poor customer service. They lost my business, I was a dozen a week customer.

I have been coming here for the past seven years and have always had a great experience. The lines can get long at times, but you can’t knock the business for being busy… because it means they’re doing something right! The French fries are awesome, smoothies are tasty (big portion size) and the cinnamon apple that comes with the meals to dip your chips into is delicious!

They’ve updated their omelets and now the tomato, jack, avocado is my new favorite thing to get there.

This place is too expensive for the poor quality of their food! My bagel was burnt and I could not even eat it, and the employees were having a full on private conversation in front of me as I ordered. I will not be going back. If you’re looking for bagels, Panera is a much better choice!

If you love overpriced burnt bagels this is the spot for you. 7 bucks for a bacon egg and cheese bagel? Not worth it. I got this thinking it would something to enjoy. Trying to get past the black ring of death that is the edges of my bagel and to get the bland taste of the actual sand which is taking me forever to get down.
Also, I know it’s early in the morning but you could at least be a little more welcoming to your customers. I stood there waiting for the girl behind the counter to acknowledge me. She was writing something down so I politely stood away from the counter until she was ready. All she did was look up at me with this «what do you want?» face… I’m sorry? Umm I guess you were the one waiting on me. Let’s just say never coming here again.

Please order more onion bagels as a general so the old man doesn’t have a stroke while being a prick to the staff.
Ps Nick, the ‘manager’ needs to be knocked down a peg or two. First, he was incredibly rude and snarky to the 2 other sweet employees. Second, he’s lucky my love is working on anger management and that I didn’t catch him trying to look down my shirt while he slammed chairs around and disrupted me at my table while I was waiting for my food. #creep.

***THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE/​HEALTH ANNOUNCEMENT***
I have been going to Bagel Me since they opened and have had really no problems. Recently my wife had complained of stomach aches after eating there twice. I thought it was a lactate intolerance thing but it turned out to be a mild food poisoning. My wife said she will not go anymore.

I went by myself this Saturday March 14, 2015 and had the lox’s bagel with tomato and onion. After about an hour I felt my stomach growling and thought I was still hungry or something within 2 hours later I was vomiting violently and was in the fetal position for 12 hours straight with chills and sweats and the worst cramping in my entire life.
My wife said I told you there food is stored incorrectly or is out of date. My wife looked up the Lox food poisoning and it is bad, turns out it is Listeria. I had a classic case and was in bed all day Sunday as well.

I managed to call the Bagel Me store and asked to speak wit the owner. The girl who answered the phone said she never or rarely comes in and does not take messages. She told me if I wanted to speak with the general manager I could only email her or him.
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY unless you like getting SICK from old rotten food.

Great service! Always kind and helpful. Coffee is soooo yummy! I particularly favor the butter pecan flavored coffee. Bagels are fresh as well as all the condiments. Thank you Bagel Me for a great place to enjoy a yummy meal :)

Excellent menu and ingredients for breakfast and lunch. Great gourmet coffee. You won’t be disappointed! :)

Decided to come here after buying my wife her Valentine’s Day gift at the jewelry shop in the same shopping center (Anaheim Hills Jewelry), so it was like a pre-​Valentines Day lunch with my wife… and we were starving! Stepped inside, only 2 people in line… Gave us time to look at good variety on menu. I chose a pizza bagel and wife had the bagel chicken sandwich. I love good pizza and I always love a good bagel, so I had to try… it was delicious! I was about to order another but my wife shared her equally delicious chicken sandwich with me.
I’m sure we’ll be back for another lunch date when we bring her new earrings in for a cleaning… might even suggest we bring them in before they actually need a cleaning.

Teach your staff how to correctly make a watermelon shooter and pay attention to detail when someone is a vegetarian please.
Both times in the breakfast bagel and smoothie I had ordered lagged in taste-​made me sad considering its a local venue I love so much.
