Overpriced. There’s not much to choose in the Anaheim complex, and baja fresh seems like the only healthy place to eat from, but it’s not. Many of the menu items are over priced, and it seemed like a copycat Moe’s/Chipotle cafeteria style mex food. The chicken was dry, and the portion sizes were smaller than what you’d get at its competitors.

This is an alternative to food choices at the convention center. It’s still fast food and felt expensive for the quality and quantity, but still it’s an option. The food prep line moved very quickly and the cashier wasn’t able to keep up.

It really wasnt good. From the soggy vegetables to the stale chips mixed in to what I presume were the«fresh» ones, I don’t foresee myself ever revisiting this establishment again.

I was at the Convention Center for a volleyball tournament and the food choices inside were dire. I usually bring my own meals, but today I underestimated how long we would be there and we had nothing substantial with us and we needed dinner. Went over to the food court and the options were very food courty-ie. Not good. Settled on Baja Fresh and I was not disappointed. I had the grilled shrimp salad and it was very good. The salad is partially premade, but that was ok. My daughter had the ultimo burrito which was also good. I really have to give them a shout out for how quickly they were able to get the food ready. The line seemed never ending, but once you placed your order the food was ready within minutes. I like to have healthy options and they fit the bill.

Excellent service at this location. There is a convention being hosted in this area so the lines are long and the staff is efficient and polite quickly moving everyone through the line. I ordered the chicken taquitos with rice. The portions are good enough for two. The taquitos were crunchy and fresh and the rice was seasoned well. I also enjoyed their guacamole. I would definitely try this place if in the area!

This is located inside the food court of Hilton Anaheim. Very pricey and not good food quality compared to the other Baja fresh restaurants but ok when compared to the other fast food options in this food court. Most entrees come with tortilla chips but just ask. Also ask for extra salsa as they just gave me 2 salsa. Parking: standard Hilton parking rates apply, which is $ 6/hr but if its a quick pickup you can park for free in valet. Staff friendliness is ok. They don’t accept coupons as most coupons have restrictions of use in hotel & air port area.

My wife had the shrimp chile lime salad and said it was the best salad she’s ever had. This location is inside the Hilton at the little food court. Decent amount of seating

Wow. What a difference a year makes. Last year I stayed at the Hilton and had almost every meal at this Baja Fresh Express. This year? Worst. Food. Ever. Ok, maybe not EVER, but pretty bad. Cheese Nachos. I don’t know what that watery yellow crap was that they poured over the tortilla chips, but I don’t think it was cheese. And when I say ‘watery’, I mean the consistency of water. Not even that goopy stuff you pay an arm and a leg for inside the convention center. Watery. So watery, it barely clung to the chips and just pooled at the bottom of the plate. They ask if you want beans. If you say ‘a little’, you still get a giant scoop of watery(yes, watery) beans plopped down on the plate. I should have walked away at that point, but I was also getting another item. a burrito. which was also an experiment in patience. But, back to the nachos. Ok, they added some other stuff, salsa, sour cream, I dunno what else, but the end result was just a hot mess and pretty disgusting. Now, the burrito. I guess there was a newbie on the assembly line, because the guy that starts the line forgot he put my tortilla and cheese on the press and left it there while he instructed the newbie on other things. He came back, and had to throw out the burrito starter and try again. I must have repeated by order 3 times before he actually started putting the burrito together. By the time it made it down to the newbie, I was really starting to feel like I should just run away. Newbie started to put sour cream on the burrito(which it comes with) when the first guy told him not to use the real sour cream and showed him a squirt bottle with. you guessed it. a watery, white, sour cream like substance. Newbie puts a squirt of that on and then disappears to find salsa baja. Not even kidding, he was gone for what was probably just under 5 minutes, but felt like an eternity. And there my poor burrito sat. Abandoned on the assembly line. Naked and exposed for everyone to see. Poor burrito. When newbie came back, he put the container of salsa in the bin and the other dude sent him away to get something else. Then first dude finished the burrito. Why didn’t I just walk away? I dunno. I was hungry. I was sure that it wouldn’t taste bad, it was just a bad experience. But I was wrong. The nachos were gross and we didn’t even touch the burrito as a result. I was too damn tired to take it all back downstairs. Lesson learned.

The ordering was a little slow, but the food was great. Queso sauce is fantastic. Worth the calories.

Was at a 3 day volleyball tournament. Needless to say every venue was over crowded(people, people, people). I stopped by this location and was pleased with the food, but the young lady at the register was less than pleasant and far from welcoming(I guess it was just too much for her). Bottom line, my burrito was very good. Can’t wait for the next tournament.

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE. Rude, crap-talking staff. Gave me old rotten chicken in quesadilla that make me sick. Ended up getting my money back and a $ 25 credit from Hilton. Hilton did the right thing but I will never go to Baja Fresh again. I have never smelled chicken that spoiled in my life and my stomach payed the ultimate price. If I could give this place zero stars I would. …thank god this happened on the last day of my vacation.

I came here for a quick lunch while I was at a food convention at the Anaheim convention center. It was pretty pricey for a small plate and they gave me a fish taco instead of a shrimp taco but I can’t say the food wasn’t tasty.

I took the opportunity to have lunch there. Chicken and beans were the best. It’s tasty and filling. –Very Friendly –Makes suggestions to improve your choices –Patient –Checked back on us when we are eating(WHO in the Fast Food world DOESTHAT) –The line was long but moved rapidly.

This restaurant was pretty good. The foo smelled fabulous and my friends really enjoyed their meals. My chicken quesadilla was fine, but the guacamole and chips were amazing!

This Baja Fresh Express is located in the food court of the Hilton Anaheim Hotel. If you’re staying in the Hilton for a conference or to go to Disneyland, or visiting the conference center next door, it’s a great option– otherwise I wouldn’t try to drive here and deal with parking and whatnot. The menu is a little limited compared to freestanding Baja Fresh locations, but the tacos are great and reasonably priced. The fish tacos came with grilled wahoo, avocado(plenty of it, for once!) and pico de gallo– I was happy. The people working the counter were fast and friendly. The hours are a little arbitrary, but they seemed to open pretty early for lunch. Cheap dining options are hard to come by in this neighborhood, so if you’re staying in the Hilton or nearby, I’d definitely recommend this Baja Fresh location.

We came to the food court after a team competition(in the hotel) to chill with friends. This was a last minute decision from our team captains, to hang out together after all the hard work we put together to put on an excellent show. Though this was a food court, we managed to put together a lot of tables to make one long huge table for everyone to sit, chill, talk, eat and enjoy. I ordered the«Baja Steak & Shrimp Bowl» and it didn’t take long for my order to get done. The bowl was loaded with a grilled garlic/lime shrimp, tender steak, rice, black beans, avocados, onions and cheese. Everything about this bowl seemed to work well together. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but when you’re chilling with friends on a long table that you helped put together, the food taste THATMUCHBETTER.

I am a big fan of Baja Fresh. Being on the east coast, I don’t get to indulge in it often. But I always try to when I am in Cali. Baja Fresh Express’ big drawback is it’s scalded down menu. I was hopping to have more options, but had to work with what they had. I got the Baja burrito which was really good. The service was very quick. And, the price is very good.

This was one of my lunch stops while I was in Anaheim for a conference recently, and I ordered 2 crispy mahi mahi tacos – baja style. My server looked at me incredulously and asked me twice if I really want it baja style(vs. americano style) since baja style means only salsa and cilantro. Can an Asian girl get a little ethnic? I know we’re picky people as a whole when it comes to branching out from Asian cuisine, but c’mon! My face might say Asian, but my booty definitely speaks español. This was my first ever Baja Fresh experience, and I have to say – not bad for tacos made in less than 5 minutes, but not amazing – just about as good as it can get at a hotel food court.

Baja Fresh is located inside the Hilton Convention Center. We got a chicken and a steak burrito both were pretty tasty, reminded me of Rubio’s but even more tasty! The staff was not paying a whole of attention. They almost gave one of our burritos to another customer and gave us extra meat on the chicken burrito and thought we asked for it. The mild salsa is a green salsa. Some customers do not like the green salsa though, I enjoyed it!
