This place only has a problem; it SMELLSBAD. Very bad. When you come it, either early or late, it smells very bad like if the air isn’t renewed and this is very irritating, there are only 2 tables to eat out, 3 inside but when it smells like trashes, don’t we want to leave or eat somewhere else ? Yes we do.

Just walked out of there today with my boyfriend. We were the only customers. All the tables were filthy and had ice cream all over them. The floors were the same. There were two kids — a young boy who looked like he was 12 and a young girl — sitting on the counter when we walked in(clearly not doing any kind of cleaning or restocking). The boy never once asked if we needed to be helped. The girl, after realizing there was no hot fudge left and being too lazy to fill it up, pretended the Sunday only came with a tiny bit of it. We asked for a sample of the new flavor and she only gave us one spoon even though we asked for two. The boy finally decided to ring us up while the girl was making both orders. Then she literally tossed the cups on the counter to us without saying thank you or anything at all. It was so blatantly rude and unprofessional. I’m amazed daily by how much people just don’t care.

I was nervous to call and order a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday after reading the reviews, but I was lucky enough to get shift manager Noah on the phone and he was helpful, patient and caring and deserves 5 stars. He walked me thru the different sizes, flavors and all I needed to know about ordering a birthday cake. I’m very pleased with my experience. Thanks Noah.

Really bad customer service. A bunch of brainless rude teenagers. Basically the kid overcharged my card, 35 $ for 3 ice creams? Yeah — NO. I’m lucky I looked before I left. So I showed him the receipt. I get no sorry. Rude. Just says«can you give me the card back»… It’s common curtesy to apologize for your own mess up. A couple days later and I see that the charge is still there. Didn’t remove it. I call the manager and he asks me to come in. It was really sad how unintelligent the manager was — pretty sure just another teenager too. After a long convo about how much I should get back he asks for my card. Um NO. You don’t get my card again, I wanted cash. So he gave me my cash. And I left. Never going to this location again.

Never got to try the ice cream. They said they close at 10 however when I got there at 9:50PM, they told me they already closed. Unfortunate!

mmmm… I usually don’t go 5 stars! But, I have never experienced anything but friendly teens working the counter, close by my house and the ice cream is as good or better than Cold Stone Creamery! I don’t see the hype in the CSC… But, I do love me some Gold Medal Ribbon on a waffle cone.

So far BR is slowly gaining my love back scoop by scoop! I was here 2x this weekend and had no issues except for a stale waffle cone but service was good and was acknowledged right away! Thank goodness they haven’t been running out of ice cream like they used to! Not sure if they changed owners again but so far I’m liking the service and will continue to come back! ^_^

Awful!!! I go in the store, and you would think they would have a bell by the register, like hi someone is in the store, instead I stand there and I didnt want to be rude and say hi someone is here, waiting, so I sat down and waited a few more minutes and finally some Indian guy comes out of the back on his phone, doesn’t even bother to say hi I will help you in a few minutes. Not coming back here anymore…

Even though we live close by, I didn’t come here for a few years because the bored teens who worked here were less than pleasant and it wasn’t very tidy. Recently, it seems the management or ownership has changed and there is a big difference. Everyone who works here seems very nice and they are really patient with the kids who can’t make up their minds(mine). There are only a few tables but they aren’t sticky and wobbly anymore. We’ve been in three times in the last two months and will be back often this summer. So glad to see the changes!

Ice cream! Ice cream! I love ice cream… Don’t you? Tuesdays are bargain nights. A buck for a kiddie scoop and a buck fifty for a reg. scoop.

Whenever I think back to Baskin Robbins as a child I think of how my parents would bring me there once or twice a month… and with good reason too. So many flavors, so many choices, so many ways to have ice cream. Do you want it in a cup? a cone? a waffle cone? sugar cone? supersize that cup? and how about that scoop? double? triple? sundae? I remember always having to argue with my mom and dad about upgrading to 3 scoops but the most I would get is 2 scoops and that left me even more determined to visit BR with more frequency. I remember my junior high years and how I was lured into voting for the boy who promised the upperclassmen BR ice cream. Sad thing is, he was a 7th grade kid wanting to be president and the joke was on the kids who voted for him(thinking they would somehow humiliate him by giving him pitty votes) because he won. Like most Disney inspired underdog movies, this Angus look alike of a boy won and did deliver us ice cream once a month so I will never forget Baskin Robbins and how it played into my adolescent years. Fast forward to the present times and it’s hot and I’m craving something ridiculously sweet. I walk into this store and I realize that I haven’t had a BR ice-cream in ten years. After that realization I smiled and walked in. Low and behold I was that greedy kid again wanting everything in the ice cream store. But no need for buying a tub of ice cream, I just settled for two scoops. Apparently, not having my mom and dad to argue with makes it unnecessary to upgrade or supersize. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and colorful just like how I remember it.

more like 3.75 stars. lots of flavors to choose from. small clean place. with a few tables inside to sit down. the sales staff is super friendly. gave us samples without hesitation or without any attitude. the only reason i gave it 3.75 stars, is because of the prices of the ice cream. 5 bucks for 2 scoops +1 water bottle. kinda of a rip. i rather go down the street to costco and order an ice cream from there. it’s super bomb. but if you are in the mood to try an «exotic» flavor, come here.
