I almost didn’t order from this company based on the two reviews listed. I called the company and mentioned my concerns and after speaking with Brian, I thought I would go ahead and give it a try since the prices were good. I am very pleased that I received my order well in advance of the date needed. I will use this company again and I am so glad I gave it a try and just didn’t go by the reviews. Before I use a company I will usually Unilocal it, most times I will listen to the Unilocal reviews, but I do take into consideration the number of reviewers.

Apparently Brian works from his home… As many other unhappy customers who don’t receive their items or hear back from Brian and his«small business» don’t waste your time and money ordering from an unprofessional business owner who rips people off. I had made two orders prior to this one and had no problem and was very pleased, but now I know the down side of order from a person who works from their home and doesn’t know a thing about customer service! Who doesn’t respond to your emails and calls about your missing candy! Don’t order!!! Unless you want to see your money disappear.

This site does not even deserve this one star! WTH? 3÷15÷11: I placed my order. 3÷20÷11: I inquire on a status update or see if I can get a tracking number. 3÷22÷11: I click on my status link again and it says my order has been CANCELLED! WTH? Really? My event is on 4⁄2. Yes, I still have time, but I would have loved to have everything and not have to rush delivery on it. My goodness! What a waste, what bad business. I wish I had read the BBB on this company before hand. UGH! Super pissed! Thx JC. At least they are already on BBB’s list of bad folks to work with. !@#!%!^!!
