Love love love that this place exist. Great customer service and so many Disney memorabilia available at great prices.

I bought Disneyland’s ticket here. They have good price and friendly staff. The service is very fast. I got in and got out just in 5 minutes. I definitely will buy Disneyland ticket here again next time.

First time buying our Disneyland tickets here and could not have been easier. Very friendly and accommodating. No problem at the gate getting in. Will be getting our tickets here again next time.

This place is very professional and a legitimate small business. We got our 1 day Disneyland tix for 8 people. Paid cash for them with a little trepidation. But the tix worked perfectly this past Black Friday. With such a large group the discount was worth it (about 10%). This was my second time buying tickets here in 3 years and I was very happy for it. I compared discounts through corporate programs, So Cal Residents etc and this was the best possible deal I could find.
Initially I was concerned that they stopped accepting credit cards then the gentleman in the office explained that they were getting scammed by dishonest customers claiming credit card fraud after the fact and were not getting any help as a small merchant from the Credit card processor (Square). Also, businesses will need to cover the cost of credit card fees (3% or more) which could wipe out a chunk of the wafer thin margins they might have… I don’t know what the other reviewer is complaining about as their pricing is clearly spelled out on the website and that’s what we got.

This Company is very Professional & LEGIT… they are Close to the Park. They gave me a discount for 2 Adult tickets & compared to regular Disney Prices good to know. They are Great, Thankyou Guys!!!

Ok, so I just tried calling them (twice) after visiting their website to get costs for 1 day single park ticket for Disneyland and to ask questions about LegoLand tickets, and both times she put me on hold and I was hung up on. Not sure what’s going on but frankly, it’s not worth calling back a 3^rd time. If it is a problem with their phone system, they really need to fix that and if she purposely keeps hanging up on me (I asked how their process now works and whether for LegoLand tickets, you have to pick up the day of) then it is not worth the discount to go through this company.

What’s the point of risking getting your tickets confiscated at the gate to save freaking $ 5-​$ 10?! If it was an actual savings of like 25%-35%, then yeah, worth the risk. But I get a bigger savings through my employer anyhow.

Pretty legit place. I got in fine with the tickets that I bought here. But not much of any discounts. You save $ 5. But do avoid long lines at the ticket booth.
But for Southern California residence, what I didn’t know that you can get $ 97 for annual price and make monthly payments of $ 16.97. I think that’s the best way to go if you plan to go often.
I’m kinda disappointed that I didn’t know about the monthly payments. I pretty much rather had done that.
Other than that, the tickets worked fine getting into the park if you want to avoid long lines. This would be a good place to go. It’s next to disneyland so you don’t have to go far.

Used them about a year ago for a day trip to Disney. Got to the turnstile and they confiscated the tickets (the people knew it was from besttickets). They would not return the tickets and only gave us a photocopy. We went back to the office and they refunded us. However, we ended up buying tickets from Disney which is what people should be doing. This company should not be renting out tickets when Disney clearly doesn’t allow it.

Ive used this place for Disney tickets a couple of times. I feel like the prices went up when Disney raised their prices. I think I got park hopper tickets for $ 60 or $ 70 2 years ago. It’s legit but the savings dont seem to be very good anymore =(

I really wish I would have known about this website years ago for all our family trips down to disneyland. We «bought» 3 rental tickets and besides the slight inconvenience of driving to the office to pick up/​drop-​off the tickets, it was worth it! This last time around we were able to spend more money on souvenirs for the kiddos… this was honestly our best trip yet :)

I recently heard from a friend who goes to DLand all the time (like 2 times per month) that
is no longer up and running. I went on their website and it is still active — does anyone know what is up with them?
I used them (once) on my birthday — April 24^th 2012 and everything went great. I didn’t even have to return the tickets that I rented (3 in total) because I got them on the final day of usage. I only rented a 1 Day Park Hopper Pass and I noticed that they do not offer them anymore, but I am posting a review to let everyone know that I had a great experience working with everyone — no issues whatsoever.

I used these guys for a couple of D-​land tickets and everything went smoothly. They do make you sign a waiver and take a copy of your credit card in case you don’t return the tickets. Also, considering how much they get the tixs for, the discount isn’t as large as you would expect.
I definitely recommend them if you don’t mind putting in a little work to save a few bucks.
BTW, the other reviews for this place seem fake. If you notice, the SUPER positive reviews tend to all hit the same talking points and are written like ads. One star taken away for that.

I have not bought tickets from this business, however I know that someone did, and when they got to the turnstile they got turned away. They bought 3 passes and 2 of them worked and 1 person got turned away at the gate because they tracked the ticket back to the original person who purchased the ticket.
This is a great way to save money on a ticket, but could bite you in the butt HARD! Shop at your own risk.

LOVE the guys at Best Tickets! I have used them a few times now and have saved a ton of money everytime. They are organized and get me right in and out of the office so I can get over to the park to start my day. Super close to the parking garage too so you can just leave and be there in a few minutes. WILL BE BACK THANKS!

Disney isn’t cheap, even as a resident and on a weekday. While googling ticket options I came across this company and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
We got there, he had the tickets waiting for us, explained exactly how they do business (although it is already on the website), gave us some great tips to make our experience at disney better, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes.
What I noticed when I was there, and could appreciate were the pics he had up of his family, these aren’t people lookung to scam you out of money, they genuinely are helping people enjoy attractions in the area in a more affordable way .

It was fast, easy, the people were friendly and the pick-​up and drop off were easy peezey! We will definitely be doing this deal again. And did I mention our tickets were also used as a FAST PASS on rides?! We didn’t have to wait at all for the main attractions with the fast pass. you literally got this ticket and went right up to the front of the line. Passing hundreds of people waiting in line, we felt like royalty of the day!

This is truly a wonderful and reliable source for discount Disneyland tickets! All you need to do is go to their website and make a reservation and show up before 10am day of to claim your ticket.
I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim and it’s about a $ 20 cab ride round trip with waiting time and tip.
I purchased two 1-​day park hopper passes for $ 75 each.

My bf wanted to take me to Disneyland & CA Adventure for my bday and found Best Tickets Here, which sells 1 Day Park Hopper tickets for $ 70 each vs. $ 101+ at the door at Disneyland. We were hesitant at first, but after reading reviews, we took the risk and bought passes, went to both parks, and saved a ton of money. The tickets work for Fast Pass also!
The BTH office is right next to Disneyland at a 24 hr Chevron gas station. You call ahead to reserve and on the day of, you pick up the tickets from their office sometime between 7 — 10 am. After you’re done with them, you just drop them off at the drop box in the Chevron.
The price of the ticket depends on when you go to the parks (they have a calendar on their website that tells you how much it will be that day), but the discount is way more than you would get thru schools/​work. The passes are really 5 day park hopper tickets that they «rent» out for the day so that’s how they can sell them for a discounted price. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner. We’ll definitely get our Disneyland tickets from Best Tickets Here the next time we go.
