I’ve been coming to this clinic since several years ago. Dr. Jay knows what he needs to do. He is not other acupuncturist who demand so much from you to buy their herbs. Don’t be tricked by the facility, his clinic doesn’t have fancy appearance, but the service he performs is 5 stars. Dr. Jay is patient enough to listen to your health complain and he is a good acupuncturist to discuss with

Though the office is nothing fancy, rest assured that the quality of service is excellent! I live in South O.C., but the drive is worth it. Jay has been helping my family for years. He is a man of few words but he has a kind and calm disposition and is very knowledgeable. My mother suffers from migraines, arthritis and chronic back pain. She feels instant relief after each visit and her migraines are now under control. I work long hours at a computer and have a lot of stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders as well as carpal tunnel in my wrists and soreness in my elbow. Jay provides targeted treatment that really works.

Jay Chen is the best accupuncturist I have ever been to. I had a knee and ankle injury that just would not heal. I am a runner and typically run 4 – 5 times a week, and my ankle and knee always felt unstable while running. After 5 or 6 sessions with him I was running again without any problems. He also helped me with my nasal congestion from seasonal allergies. I highly recommend Jay. He is very knowledgeable, listens to you and genuinely cares about your well-​being.

First off, there are A LOT of acupuncturists in Anaheim. But they just don’t give you the care and attention that Dr. Jay does. And to boot he’s a veteran of the area, been around for almost 22 years. Insurance is accepted which is always a plus! I hate needles more than anyone and Dr. Jay is always patient with me as I hyperventilate over the needles but they never really hurt. He also told me he just got a new needless acupuncture machine which I’m looking forward to trying out. Can’t wait for my next visit!
