Best salon in Orange County! I go to Tamer — and always get compliments on my hair!
This salon is in a great location and I love the overall vibe and décor. They always offer refreshments which make it more of a relaxing experience– coffee, tea, etc. All the stylists are super friendly and very talented. Everyone leaves looking extra beautiful/​handsome than before they came in.
I usually get a highlight, and every time I show him a picture it turns out exactly how I want. He is also good about hearing/​seeing your vision and tweaking it for your personal style/​face shape/​hair type or coloring. I have also done all over color and cut. He will dry cut if you want it very choppy and specific. He is also great and helping your hair stay healthy without compromising too much of the length– He point cuts to save some length of need be.
He is amazing across the board in all his services! Would highly recommend!

On the day of my wedding my hair stylist decided to bail on me. After a frantic last-​minute search for a new stylist I came here. Tomar greeted me at the door. I was in tears and a complete mess of stress. He immediately sat me down in a private area so no one would see me crying. He made me some hot tea and assured me that everything would be just fine. Throughout the process of him doing my wedding up-​do, he laughed and talked to me and tried his best to cheer me up and make me smile. The rest of the stylists in the salon were extremely friendly as well and very comforting. Tomar had me in and out of the chair in approx 40 minutes with an AMAZING up-​do that incorporated my headpiece and veil. At the end of the session he got the entire salon to chant a traditional Arabic wedding chant for me. Everything was just amazing. Thank you so much Tomar! You were my savior that day!

I’m very happy with the service Joumana provided me, I had my eyebrows tattooed with the latest technique «feathering style». I love my new eyebrows, they look very natural. Joumana enhanced the shape, to create a very natural look around my natural brows (stroke by stroke, NOT SOLID) that’s hassle free for everyday, Joumana is an artist, she’s very talented, courteous and professional. I have done a lot of research, and seen a lot of tattooed eyebrows, and no one gives the natural result her magic fingers can do… I recommended her to all of my friends, and everyone is pleased with her service.
Over all the place is very clean and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The place was recently renovated, with a fresh new and contemporary design.
If you’re looking for a natural enhancement and reshaping of your eyebrows, that’s hassle free, I highly recommend Joumana.

horrible, she ruined my eyebrows i know they aren’t suppose to be identical but she literally chopped a whole piece of brow. i should of just waited for juju but if they all work there they should at least know how to clean an eyebrow. clean that’s all not ruin an entire eyebrow. .o and very bad customer service they where to busy smoking hookah and made me wait a little too long.

Right as I walked in, I got this horrible stench as if I was walking into a Las Vegas casino; a concoction of Cigarettes and who knows what else. I’m a customer looking for great services and I was greeted with men looking down upon me as I walked into their salon. Not a warm welcome what so ever.
I spent $ 20 for a basic eyebrow threading just to clean up. The bed I laid on was a dirty bed sheet with other peoples hairs on. I regret laying on it because now I have other peoples hair on me.
Ps. I still smell like cigarettes. I will not be coming here again. It’s TOO much money to spend on a basic eyebrow thread and for the service these people are giving is ridiculous.

If you need your eyebrows threaded or tattooed juju is the one you need to come and see! She’s the absolute best not to mention here amazing personality.

I have been going to Jomana for almost 10 years and I am never disappointed! She is amazing with shaping your eyebrows to your face. I’ve also watched her do men’s hair and beards and she is absolutely stunning. One thing that really sets Cleopatra apart from other salons is their friendliness and enthusiasm. When you walk in you are always greeted by everyone as if you are family and they even offer you turkish coffee. Jomana is always moving around, dancing, singing, using a torch and throwing her tools in the air; always so much fun to be around! They tend to be busy so make sure you call and schedule an appointment, but even if you walk in, they always make time for you, you may just have to wait a little. I have had my hair cut an styled by different people and they are all good. They are good at listening to what you want and will do exactly that.

This place is a hidden magic!!! Omg I can’t believe I used to go to the most expensive places in Newport and Santa Monica to do my eyebrows!! Its unbelievable!!! I thank god my friend referred me to this place!! Jomanna is the magic! Omg your eyebrows will be like a celebrity after touched by her. I love her! She’s such an outgoing and fun person!!! I am impressed with results! I can’t believe this women is not on the news for her miracle work on eyebrows !!

I have been coming to Cleopatra for over 10 years to get my hair done & will never go any where else. The staff is awesome and a joy to be around.

Charlie is the man, he’s the best. He always does a great job. SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THE ATAFF IS AMAZING. THEY TREAT U LIKE FAMILY :)

If you have thick curly hair, Affaf is the lady for you! She does a great job, seeing as most people in America don’t know how to handle curly hair. Jomana is the absolute best eyebrow artist in California! She makes beautiful arched eyebrows! I’ve seen her work miracles on people with horrible eyebrows. 4 stars for being pricey. $ 20 for threading your eyebrows. But trust me, no one does them better!

Charlie is the man! I came in lookin’ pretty rough and I left lookin’ great! He cut my hair, trimmed and shaped my full beard. My wife loves it and I will definitely be going back there. Charlie was even nice enough to offer me water or tea while he was working.

This salon does an OK job, but what ir realy hate is their servise!!! If you complain about something theyl pretty much make seem like you came in with it like that, and price wize is okey as well. THeyr not cheap but theri not that expensive.
