This place is a hangout for criminals, drug dealers and similar types. The rooms are so smelly bad and disgusting plus the bathroom is the worst I have ever seen. The city needs to close it down.

San Pedro, CA
Room was clean. Staff was nice. I asked them to fix my TV, it took them some time, but other than that they have done a lot of renovations since the last time I was here. Last time it was a dump hole but now they have new furniture and stuff. The beds are clean, the room smells nice, and they have laundry facilities in case you need to wash your clothes. They also have a restaurant on the property which makes it easy if you want breakfast or a midday snack. I recommend this hotel if you want a place to sleep at night for a cheap price. You can get a one bedroom for about 50 – 60 bucks.
