This is definitely the best food offered in any part of the Disneyland resort. Literally everything I’ve ever had here has been amazing, and reasonably priced as well. Some of my favorites in the past have been the churro bites and the garlic cheddar twist.

Really good place to stop by for a midday snack. I ordered the chili con queso, which is a cone of goodness. It’s some sort of breaded pretzel cone which holds chili topped with cheese and fritos. You spoon the chili and unravel the cone as you go. So good. It runs about 8 bucks.

Both the chili cone queso and the bacon Mac and cheese cone were very good! The line seemed short but for some reason it was moving really slow and I ended up waiting for 20 – 25 mins… will definitely be coming back, though! It was worth the wait :) The only thing I didn’t really care for was the cone itself. Nothing special, it was pretty plain.

This is a great place for soft serve! The soft served ice cream is the same as Paradise Pier, but at the Cozy Cone Motel they will also hand dip your ice cream in chocolate! Yum! The vanilla is my favorite, it’s very creamy and delicious! The ice cream is affordable, and comes in two sizes, regular of large. The regular is quite enough, but for only a few cents more you can get a large(which is double the size)! Best ice cream at the Disneyland Resort!

Most of the appeal of Cozy Cone Motel is that it’s Cars and cone themed. Very cute and very Disney. There are 5 cones with each having a different item for sale. At one you can get churros, another ice cream, etc. I decided to go to the chili cone and try the mac and cheese cone since it was a special. I absolutely love mac and cheese so I knew I had to try it. The mac and cheese was very rich and heavy. It left a bad taste in my mouth once I had finished. The actual cone was really good. I would have actually liked it alone. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of food offered at Cozy Cone. I’m not sure I’ll drop by next time I’m in California Adventure.

Cozy Cone Motel is too cute! Each cone sells different food items, including the drinks. I stopped in to Chili Cone and ordered the chili cone queso – bread was chewy and hard to split and take bites, but the chili cheese filling was great! The beef chili was flavorful, cheese was melty, and corn chips added crunch! The pomegranate limeade was refreshing and the spiked version was smooth. I am glad I tried out the cones, but the bread won’t keep me coming back.

I was really surprised I hadn’t known or tried this place out in all of the years I’ve had a pass to Disneyland. I was pleased with my food with just a few things I would have wanted different. It looked like people raved most about the bacon mac and cheese cone so I got that one. My friends both got the pulled pork one. The mac and cheese was very cheesy and came in a piping hot cone shaped bread with the perfect long spoon to eat from. The bread was a bit sweet and had a nice crunch yet softness to it. They didn’t short me on bacon and it was enjoyable but after a while the denseness of the meal became a bit overwhelming. This is just a personal thing I seem to experience with really dense foods in larger portions. Otherwise, it was great and my friends’ pulled pork cones were also nicely flavored. I wish they had some sort of option where you could get half mac and cheese and half pork. Either way, I would totally recommend this cozy little cone restaurant in DCA!

Best soft serve ice cream in the park! Try their chili cones– filling and delicious. The mini churros and chocolate dipping sauce are almost as good as the churros you’ll get around the park, except with some delish hot chocolate sauce to accompany them. Perfect for a little snack while you’re roaming the park!

The famous cozy cone! I love chili and I did some research and decided to come here. This place is located inside Cars Land of California Adventures. Got here around 1PM, no line. Service was quick and friendly. I got the original chili cone. The presentation was very cute. Taste was OK, wasn’t amazing. I expected better, but I guess it more of the presentation. There wasn’t much chili inside the cone and the chili wasn’t hot enough. Cone itself was OK. Overall wasn’t impressed, but worth the photo only.

Mac & cheese sprinkled with bacon in a pretzel bread cone?! What more can you ask for. Oh & the chili with queso is delicious as well. They’re honestly like a two for one. You get mac & cheese or chili and after you’re done you get a pretzel like bread with cheesy sauce or chili drenched all over it! I personally like the Mac & cheese better, however I like the cone part with the chili. This + one of the strawberry slushie margaritas = makes me one happy camper.

LOVELOVELOVE. Oh how my eyes light up every time I see these orange cones. Absolutely love all the bread cones(have tried them all), and different flavors of popcorn that they rotate in and out(the dill pickle is the best, I swear I have dreams about it) have also tried the mini churros with cinnamon spiced chocolate dipping sauce which are pretty tasty, and they have good drink options too like an apple freeze or my favorite the pear of dice soda. Not only is it delicious, it is so much fun! You feel completely immersed like you’re actually in the movie, and very often you get to see lighting McQueen or his pals cruise by while you’re having a snack. This place is a must try when you find yourself in cars land :)

Quick Tips: 1. There are several different stands with different types of cones. 2. My recommendations are the Bacon mac and cheese and the chili con queso. 3. $ 7.95ish each. There’s a pulled pork one for slightly more! 4. Located in Radiator Springs across from Flo’s diner and next to the Mater ride. Have you noticed that the best types of food are the ones that are cone shaped? Literally all the best foods, like ice cream cones, chili con queso in a cone, mac and cheese in a cone. Okay so maybe not all cone shaped foods are created equal, but still California Adventure’s Cozy Cone Motel’s take on cone shaped foods is quite exceptional. We wanted to try everything, but with a day packed full of food, fun, and some of that old Disney magic, we decided to spend our time getting a chili con queso cone and a bacon mac and cheese cone. The chili is amazing. Topped with some fritos, which may put off some people, I found them to be the perfect compliment to add a slight crunch to the already salty chili. The chili itself had beans, shreded beef, and peppers. The bacon mac and cheese was also wonderful. Great cheesy flavor throughout the pasta and the bacon was perfect on top. At first, I thought it was going to be really salty or watery with the pasta, but it was perfect. The cheese was creamy, and the bacon was just the right amount of salty. The only thing I would have to ding them on is the cone. The cone itself is almost like pretzel bread, but without the saltiness of pretzel bread. When we started eating the cones, I was disappointed by how hard they were. They are genuinely perfect for holding the wet items because they are thick and hard, but they weren’t great to eat. I was hoping for the cone to be amazing after being soaked in the cheesy mac and the great chili, but it was the most disappointing part of it. Still, it’s a definite experience that everyone should really try out! It’s cheap enough for it to be a destination for the family. Have fun and get your own piece of Disney magic!

I needed a snack after going on a ton of rides and doing a lot of walking around the two parks. I’ve seen a ton of pictures of the filled cones before and knew I had to try it. You can’t go wrong with Mac and cheese with bacon so we die decided to get that one. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. Nice and creamy and the bacon added flavor to it. The cone itself is sort of like a pretzel dough but lighter. I wish I saw the Unilocal tip that says they allow you to split the filling for no extra cost. Next time I want to try the chili one or pulled pork. Or maybe both!

Content quality, decent. You can never go wrong with Mac n Cheese. I heard the chili was a better choice. I was looking forward to a tasty bread cone but it was really hard to eat and did not chase my Mac n Cheese well. Conceptually and aesthetically, this is genius. Worth a try to share and for the pics of course :)

Ever since I saw a friend post a picture at CA Adventure(Carsland to be specific) holding chili in a cone, I was obsessed. Finally when I got a chance to try it, I got the chili cone queso and my friend got the mac and cheese with bacon bits cone. The chili was very good, the cone was a little too chewy(aka stale) and kind of cold. I didn’t try the mac and cheese because they can’t make it without the bacon bits, and I don’t eat pork :(However, according to my friend the bread cone was kind of stale, the bacon was disgusting/too salty, and the macaroni was just mush. Oh and note: If you’re a passholder the 10% discount off of food does not apply here!

Say yes to dill pickle popcorn and mac and cheese cones! This place is a bunch of small eateries and they’re all quite delicious. You can get most of it at other locations in the theme parks but for the cone queso and pickle popcorn you have to come here. The popcorn flavors change every Sunday according to one castmember I asked and pickle is the best! Other flavors they rotate in there include bacon cheddar and nacho. Ever since the mac and cheese cone came into existence at the cozy cone, there has been a SUPERLONGLINEFORIT. Most of the time there’s only one castmember present in the cone with someone restocking for them so it’s kind of slow. I think that it’s worth the wait though if you’ve never had it. The thing that I enjoy most about it is the bread. That bread is amazing!

**Located inside DCA** but they don’t accept AP discount :( I love the cozy cones! This is the only place that will serve dipped cones — both Disneyland and DCA. I will almost make a trip here during my DCA visits. You can get vanilla, chocolate, or swirl for the ice cream. The dip is chocolate. The dipped cone is amazing on a hot day. There’s five«cones» — you can get popcorn, pretzels, churro, ice cream, and chili cones. I’ve only had the verde and chili cones. They’re both pretty good. I actually like eating the inside chili only — the outside cone is just alright. They’re so satisfying on a cold day. Tip: The soft serve ice cream machine slows down(ice cream becomes melted) the more and the more often it is used. If it’s crowded, try Paradise Pier by Ariel’s Grotto!

If you come across a cluster of orange traffic cones in Cars Land, you’ve found the Cozy Cone Motel. Each cone serves a different snack from chili to pretzels to popcorn to ice cream. The cone theme is really cute and makes for easy eating on the go. I’ve only tried Cone 3 so far. It serves the closest thing to a real meal with options like chili, chicken verde, mac & cheese and bbq pulled pork. I had the Chili Cone Queso($ 7.49), a popular choice of chili in a pretzel-like cone with cheese and Fritos on top. It’s really tasty and not spicy. There are big chunks of ground beef in it, but they also have a vegetarian option. A must-try if you you love chili and cheese. I also had a Pomegranate Limemade. They have an alcoholic($ 8.25) and non-alcoholic($ 3.79) version. The alcoholic version is pretty weak, but the limeade is refreshing. The service is quick even on the rare occasion when there is a long line. Don’t hesitate to stop here for a small bite.

The Cozy Cone Motel is one of my favorite places in Cars Land, and though I no longer have an AP, I always try to check out this place whenever I do get the chance to visit DCA. I don’t usually end up getting any of the snacks at the Cones – save for that soft serve, if I’m really craving it – but sometimes this place features really good seasonal snacks. Specifically the«Bacon Mac & Cheese Cone» that I’ve heard about and been wanting to try for ages now. I finally had the chance to on my most recent visit to DCA — I had seen that this particular mac & cheese cone concoction featured on the Disney Food Blog and have been wanting to taste it since then. I was visiting DCA with my family and we all ended up having lunch here. I think we may have overwhelmed the two cast members working at the Cones in the process, but our lunch was really enjoyable. Here’s what we got: «Chili Cone Queso»: This is a staple at the Cones, and it features beef chili, cheddar cheese and corn chips served in a bread cone. My uncle ordered this dish and really enjoyed it. He said it was probably the cheesiest chili that he’s ever gotten – they really do great at topping off the chili with cheese – but the bread cone was really hard and my uncle ended up not finishing the bread section. Other than that, though, he said he really enjoyed that chili and the extra texture and crunch provided by the frito-like chips. «Bacon Mac & Cheese Cone»: Two of my cousins and I ordered this«cone”-coction and I was so happy to finally try it. It featured creamy mac and cheese mixed with roasted bacon in a bread cone. The mac and cheese itself wasn’t anything really special – just your standard, cheesy, Cheddar mac and cheese – but it was topped sufficiently with the bacon bits and piled high in the bread cone. My bread cone was also on the harder side, but I didn’t really care because I wanted to try this treat for so long. It reminded me of my favorite«Cheese Dog» from Corn Dog Castle, but of course, in mac and cheese form. While the mac and cheese itself wasn’t outstanding, the treat’s novelty comes from the cute cone shape and the cone theme. I was glad that I had the chance to taste it while it was featured and enjoyed every single bite. «BBQ Pulled Pork & Slaw Cone»: This was the other seasonal snack being featured at the Cones(both this and the mac and cheese cone cost $ 7.99 plus tax). I was torn at first because I love pulled pork and wanted to get this snack, but I stuck to my guns and got my mac and cheese bread cone because I’ve been wanting to try that one forever. My parents ordered this cone, though, and they enjoyed it(save for the hard bread). They said the pulled pork pieces were juicy and tender, and they found the flavor to be welcoming and tasty. If this snack is ever featured on a future trip to the Cones, I’d definitely be down to try it because I love BBQ and the smoky flavors of pulled pork. «Chocolate-Dipped Soft Serve»: My brother just wanted a snack so he got the regular size of this sweet treat. I’ve ordered the chocolate-dipped soft serve before and really enjoyed it, except this can be a really sticky mess if it’s hot outside. Fortunately, though it was a warm day, our family was able to snag two tables under the cone umbrellas in the shade, so my brother didn’t have to worry too much about rapidly melting ice cream. He said his cone was refreshing and enjoyed the chocolate shell on top.

FINALLY tried the churro bites at Cone #1, the 1st one on the left. The past few times, they ran out of their cinnamon spiced chocolate dipping sauce. I was soooo disappointed. To add insult to injury, they were willing to sell me the churro bites(without the sauce) for the same price! The sauce is extremely thin in consistency, so be careful when you dip your bites. You can easily make a mess! That being said, it was aaaa-mazing. Great combination. Definitely recommend it. Since we had sauce leftover, we went to a nearby churro stand & used that to finish it… genius, right?!? You can thank me later ;)
