The lady that I spoke to in the tile part was SOOOOO rude! I will NEVER give them my Buisness! Women with long brown hair. She needs to go to customer service school. And yes we have an account and we are a licensed Contracter. To bad you lost our Buisness.

Awful Attention to detail! My tile arrived defective all boxes were the same! As if that was not enough the other tile that shipped un-​damaged was half right and half wrong. This set us back with additional construction days! Loss days! And extra hotel stays! Not Good!

I would have love to give a no start.
I work for a remodel company, which we have bought huge pallets of tiles at times.
I called to place an order.

Had no patience
I told him I don’t know item number from the box but I have the title number on the tile.

No we don’t go by the details on the tiles only on the box.
What!!!
I then told him what do you mean? Is the same details.
He then said I would need to look at the tile.
Ok… I drive down to Anaheim and he tells me I can’t take your order because you need to send and e-​mail with the company loGo.
Wtf…
Be patient and give details accordingly and be nice. Customer service

I live in California but am tiling an outdoor shower in Kauai and needed a special selection of ceramic tile products which i selected in Anaheim but had delivered to Kauai. Linnea Graves did an amazing job from start (selecting 5 different types of tile with free samples) to finish (coordinating the shipment to Kauai). The service was excellent.

Large selection of tile. I worked with Kristen Khan, who was fantastic. She was very helpful, had great ideas, and helped me pick out beautiful tile for 3 bathrooms we were redoing. I took away one star because they do not list tile prices — in fact you don’t order any tile through them. It’s kind of an inconvenient process. The gallery customer service is fantastic. Ordering the tile is terrible. See my other review.

Remodeling your Kitchen or Bathroom? Laying down a floor?
Great selection of stone and slab materials. In fact, they have an entire yard full of stuff. Daletile has a great selection but they can also be pretty pricey. Customer service can also be lacking. Overall, I would definitely make this a stop if you are considering remodeling your kitchen or doing tile work in general. I, for sure, would come here in lieu of purchasing something from the larger home improvement centers.
Daltile also has a second showroom in Anaheim with mostly tiles. You may wish to check them out also.
Overall, AOK.
