Danmer Custom Shutters

I totally love my shutters!!! I loved my sales rep, Ron West, but boy, oh boy, you had better be willing to wait, wait, and wait some more. They are apparently going through some kind of plant revisions and they are over booked and under producing. By the time our shutters are installed it will be four months from purchase date. This is a second purchase of Danmer. The first time was a wonderful experience. So far, it has been a nightmare to get the balance of these shutters installed… which happen to be the bedroom shutters. Love the product! Hate the customer service: rude, condescending, and absolutely would not budge on the installation date which they insist we changed to a month from now… HA! We have not even been here to change anything as we have been out of the state for the past two months.

Absolutely love our Danmer shutters! If you want the highest quality shutters, a lifetime warranty and outstanding customer service, look no further. My wife and I made the mistake of having another company install additional shutters to save a buck after our first installation with Danmer shutters and promptly had them ripped out because the quality and craftsmanship wasn’t up to par. Our salesperson, Brian Jenks, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, met with us on our time (which was sometimes late in the evening), and helped us make some sound decisions. Our installers, Steve (the first time), and Mark (the second time), were excellent. They were friendly, highly skilled, and detail-​oriented, which is a must in my book. I appreciated how they took extra time to make sure things were done right. When we needed a few minor adjustments and areas touched up on our shutters, Danmer was more than happy to send out someone to help us. If we ever decide to add more shutters, we will definitely be calling Danmer. … (Work completed: 11 windows, 3 specialty windows w/​arch, 1 bypass shutter for sliding glass door)

Wish I had an experience to review. My scheduled appointment was a no show then 20mins later received a call stating the obvious… the designer will be late. Given this would be the first impression, needless to say, didn’t go well with me. Will be moving on to another vendor.

I love my new Danmer shutters. The salesperson Brian was so wonderful! He helped me makes some great choices. The installer Steve was very nice, professional and cleaned up well after the install. I will definitely be using them again to finish updating the rest of my home with their beautiful shutters!
