Came in last week to purchase a tv an elder sells lady was on our back the moment we stepped in. She sold me a tv but was super slow made a big deal about getting it. Had to come back a wk later she still took for ever I was in a hurry and I got frustertated I told her what’s the problem? She stated she had to call the other location to change certain things on the forms because she didn’t know what to change it herself. She was very very slow if your willing to spend all day there with her just to purchase a simple tv then go. The gentlemen who she told to help her was very fast & nice! Because of him I’m giving this place one star!

I called them to ask them a question about my account and they said they were going to call me back and they didn’t, I called them for the second time the next day and told them what happened and All they said was that they were going to call me back again and they never DID !! Now i will have to call them again
