I am very pleased with the service offered by our consultant but the rest of the place I am not impressed with. As a dedicated Dunn Edwards buyer I have visited many stores and this one was not what I am used to. It took a while to get our sample. Typically when you are waiting they prioritize it. I guess it’s easier for the mixer to be in the back so he does not need to care that people are waiting in the store for their product.
Another concern is their lack of interest that ALL their stores on Unilocal have a coupon offered that has been expired for two months. No they will not honor the offer despite the fact that it is posted on Unilocal.And no one seemed to feel that it needed to be addressed.
Our gal did a great job of suggesting and helping the decision process along so if you need a good consultation you found the spot.
