I got the crunchy roll and chicken teriyaki lunch. It wasn’t too bad. The house salad wasn’t what I’m used to back home and the miso was a little plain. Service was excellent.

We have been going to Fusion since they opened last year. We appreciated the input of sushi chef Koki and are always excited to go there.

Fusion Sushi is amazing! The fish is fresh and just right! The miso sup isn’t salty at all and finally, TNT rolls are amazing!

The family and I eat here frequently. We enjoy the service and atmosphere, but above all we love the sushi. The fish is always fresh and selection is plentiful. I highly recommend Fusion sushi for lunch and dinner.

Well I think I just found my new favorite sushi place. It’s one of the very best that I have been too. They had a very wide and creative selection of sushi. We ordered about 8 different kinds of rolls. All the rolls looked incredible and tasted even better. Try the fire roll and the lemon roll. Both were spectacular. The staff was knowledgeable and very eager to answer any questions you had. All in all I will be eating here when ever the mood strikes for Sushi.

We love this place! A friend told us about Fusion last week and since then we have gone twice! It is that good! The fish is fresh and delicious! They do have standard sushi fare but they also have a wide variety of innovative dishes. Their rolls are beautiful and so well done! They also have Poke and we actually tried an appetizer of Poke nachos. Basically, a good sized portion of fresh, raw seasoned fish served with the most delicate chips. So good! Last nite we had the garlic edamame for an appetizer. So good! Of course, We will probably have garlic breath for a week. This restaurant is very small but it does have outdoor seating, as well. The service was amazing. I highly recommend eating here!

Fresh ingredients served with a creativity that any sushi aficionado appreciates. The grilled salmon no rice rolls reminded me of a summer day cooking out by the pool. The seaweed salad was exceptional and the garlic edamame was spicy and flavorful. The spider roll was not your average soft shell crab, with a whole crab on top. Definitely a winner. Look no further for excellent sushi.

Love this place… clean, fresh, and the two most important when dining at a Japanese restaurant. You have to try their spicey edamame… OHSOGOOD, with garlic and a spicey sauce… YUM! so glad we found you! And the service is great!!!

Favorite go to for some yummy sushi! We used to come here every week & the service is pretty quick. Their sushi is very high quality compared to other ones around the area. I also like the variety of sushi choices. My go to is the baked lobster sushi :) also really nice chefs!

A spontaneous delicious find. The quality of the fish is fresh, the rolls are so original, the service is on point and it’s just such a pleasant experience… the prices are higher than most, but what do you expect in Anaheim Hills? We ordered the two specials, Ocean Fresh and Forbidden Love and strongly recommend those! Soooo tasty!

This was the best sushi I’ve ever eaten in my life. What’s amazing is this place is so close to my home and yet I’ve missed it for so many years. Loved it.

Fresh fish, great selection of creative rolls, average price for sushi in OC. Love that they have rolls with no rice. My favorite of the night was the sashimi roll. It was so beautiful I didn’t want to eat it haha! But then I did and wanted to order another it was so good! My only complaint is that their sake list is very limited.

Sushi was good but the reason that this place gets one star is the service. I don’t think I have ever felt more ignored at a restaurant. The service started off good. They took our order fairly quickly back from there on it was downhill. Our food took extra long because they gave one of our rolls to the wrong table. It almost happened a second time too. I also went without a water refill or a majority of my meal. Luckily we called her over to get water. We should have also asked for the check too. After finishing our food we waited n excessive amount of time before walking up to the waitress computer and asking for our check. As for the food, I was very pleased. You get a small salad while you wait. There is such a variety of rolls. I don’t think the food quality is going to outweigh the service. I am afraid I probably won’t come back.

We arrived at 1130 and were the first customers of the day. Service was great. Our order was taken immediately and beverages came right away. The fish was fresh and the portions were more than generous. Ingredients and sauces were well combined and everything was plated with perfection. Great job.

Finally found this spot! It’s tucked away between Pavillions and The Pet Store. I just got a quick little«pick me up» meal, a salmon cut roll and salmon sushi pieces. The fish was delicious, I will be coming back and giving an update on other items on their menu.

First time here — I was by myself, only one in the place, for about an hour and tried all the basics and everything they threw at me and was not disappointed. I think Juel was the chef and Thomas was on the other side; both were real friendly and helpful. They weren’t as creative as I would’ve liked but that was probably because they didn’t know me and how adventurous I might be. I think sushi down the road might be my preference but they didn’t open until 5 and Fusion doesn’t close between lunch and dinner. They are both about the same price I think.

My husband and I came spontaneously and just craved sushi. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of food. The prices are fair and not overly expensive, and the food tasted great. I will definitely be coming back whenever I get my next craving for sushi!

I used to live near the Tustin Marketplace and was eagerly waiting for this new sushi place to arrive so I can get my sushi on more frequently. However my husband and I just moved to east Anaheim and I had to redo my Unilocal searches of what’s good around me. We do have a lot of options, and luckily(at the time) a new sushi place had just opened up! My friend and I went the first time after a shopping day, and we were excited to try this place. Oh man is this place good! It’s a small space but has outdoor seating as well, the decorations and the service were awesome!!! The drinks are even in cute mason jars. I, for personal reasons, don’t eat seafood but love sushi(vegetarian or chicken/beef rolls) and not a lot of places do justice to those type of rolls bc of the fact that they aren’t seafood based. Fusion Sushi isn’t that at all, the veggie tempura is aesthetically pleasing as well as DELICIOUS! And the chicken katsu roll… Oh man; it’s sooooo good! Super filling!!! My friends and my family also come for the regular sushi rolls, seafood ones and they loved it as well! I could go back here a lot! Who wants to go?
