My grandpa received a phone call from Graypoint one evening and he set up an appointment for them to come out and look at his Windows. I assisted and was there so that they wouldn’t take advantage of my elderly grandpa. I showed up at 1pm when their rep came out and all 3 of us sat down to talk. He explained what P.A.C.E. was and how it could help get the work done that my grandpa has been wanting to do. Very courteous and knowledgable. The office was great to deal with and the project came out looking great! Would highly recommend. Thank you Graypoint!

This is based on their customer service. So, you want to interrupt my day with your door to door salesman, then act like I was bothering you once you realized I was not the homeowner. Seriously? Once your rep heard I was not the owner, he turned around and walked away. No «Thank you for your time.» «Sorry to have bothered you.» Instead he made cheeky comments(verbatim), «That explains why the roof look like that.» Sounds like you got some real douchebags working for you. And if that rep happened to be the business owner, F*** Y**!
