Disorganized. Seriously disorganized. That’s usually the problem I have with pop-up Halloween stores, and this Halloween City is no exception. Mostly costumes and accessories are to be found here, but with no sales associates on the floor, you’re pretty much on your own in terms of what to look for.
This would be a one-star review, but the extra star is for finding the Dia de los Muertos t-shirt I was looking for that wasn’t in stock at Party City across the street. I paid roughly the same price as I would have over there ($ 16.99) — additionally, all sales are final.

It’s just very unorganized. The store has potential since it’s a pretty big location. I visited around 12:30pm and there was only two employees. Towards the entrance there was a lot of boxes which is very uninviting. The store layout is kinda messy. Super hero stuff is towards the right with the Disney Stuff. Career costumes are towards the center section. Kids costumes are on the left. Makeup is towards the entrance. The layout just makes no sense.
They’re not too stocked on Halloween decorations, just costumes.
I would check out if you’re in search for a specific costume, other than that I would skip it. I did buy some Maleficent horns at $ 17.99, hopefully they last.

What a bummer Halloween store. This was mostly costume based with just a few decorations.
I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a costume, however it was a little pricey and everything is kind of just thrown everywhere. There is really no order to anything.
I only saw one employee and that was the cashier, kinda sad but maybe they are short staffed due to it being seasonal.
I likely won’t be back.
