Ihop

First off I just wanna say I love breakfast. So I came to eat just that. I had ordered two coffees for my bf and I. Our waiter Elizabeth brought me a cup that still had lipstick on it. Not to mention they always leave u some coffee at your table and ours had nothing in it. Took her forever to to come back so my bf got up and told her about the cup. She said nothing but ok. Didn’t even apologize. Jose was helping us out as well. He was very nice and attentive. Other than that everything was alright.

The food was delicious, Had breakfast with my babe, just wish we were sitting in a booth, the tables were too close, felt like I was having breakfast with everybody around me, put it this way we could hear people’s conversations… But I zone everyone around me, and it was only me and my Babe, Muah!

Came here for breakfast with a friend on Valentines day, which was a Sunday morning, I believe we just beat the rush. We were seated a few minutes after we put our name down. We were seated, the server took our drink order, we placed our food order and within minutes we got our breakfast. The server was attentive and she kept coming by to be sure were still doing ok, and didn’t need anything. I was satisfied with our experience at this particular IHOP.

Asked how many people, we said 4 adults and 2 kids
Seated us with 4 menus, said we need 2 more
Ok no biggie
We sit down, and 30 secs later my son said there was a bug.
We thought he was talking about about a broken crayon on the floor. So we said «no no its not a bug» and my son said «yes it is»
I picked up the menu and a cockroach ran across my place setting.
My whole table jumped up and i grab a place setting and killed it .
I asked to speak to the manager as my family shuffled to the front door.
I watched as the manager hide behind the glass divider watching us unwilling to come out.
He had this guility look on his face, like he knew his location has a bug problem.
I show him the dead bug and he responded «ok»

I have always gotten great service here. The environment is great as well as the food!

I stopped by this IHOP for some breakfast/​brunch while I was waiting for my car’s oil change and I had some great food! Not sure why the rating is so low!
I came with my dad and sister and we ordered so much food for the three of us.
We ordered:
Chorizo Fiesta Omelette: I read the descriptions of all the other omelettes and this one sounded the best. I saw the picture on the menu and noticed it was covered in sauce which kinda made it look less appetizing. When I ordered I asked for the sauce on the side so I could dip the omelette. I also liked the hashbrowns I got along with my omelette.
T-​Bone Steak: My dad had this dish and he devoured it. So, I’m guessing it was pretty good! His came with pancakes and we tried each pancake with a different syrup they provided. I have to say, classic original maple syrup is the best with pancakes. Their pecan syrup is also pretty good. I thought their strawberry syrup was way too sweet.
Berry Berry Brioche French Toast: My sister had this dish and I believe its one of their newer dishes. It wasn’t anything special, but still delicious. It could have been better without the strawberry syrup.
As for service, we had a great server. I think he was getting trained, because he had someone follow him and make sure he was getting our order correctly. He was very attentive with refilling our waters, providing more napkins, and getting our to-​go boxes and check taken care of.

Well… Yeah no offense to anyone but this particular ihop was a bit trashy. It didn’t seem very clean and service was a bit slow. Also when did Ihop get so expensive? I just had some regular old pancakes which were exactly what you would expect… But if you want anything else you are looking at at least 10 bucks. Insane. Not worth it. I definitely won’t be back to this ihop.

When I came in this morning for my short stack, I ordered a couple sides as well. When I received my sausages they were cold. I couldn’t even finish them because they weren’t warmed up. I liked the coffee though.

I noticed this place very slow, but has always been like my favorite IHOP though. I normally take-​out but decided to eat «breakfast» with my best friend at 3pm. I ordered the the new criss-​croissant (strawberry rhubarb) and it was delicious! The cream cheese filling totally complimented the «croissant». My best friend ordered the breakfast sampler (eggs, hashbrown, ham, sausage, bacon, and substituted pancakes for Swedish crepes) and everything was good. The Swedish crepes are phenomenal! Love the sweet lingonberries on them.
The waitress kept coming by asking if we needed anything and was very helpful. Food arrived at a good given time, food was hot, nothing wrong with our meal. Coffee though was alright, tasted a bit old/​burnt. Other than that, it was a great breakfast!

We came in on Christmas Day and the table we were seated at had a good size puddle of dried syrup on it. After our food came they said that our toast wasn’t done yet and it would be a few minutes. After we were done eating the waitress brought out the toast on a dirty plate that had dried food stuck to it. When I brought it to her attention she brought out a clean plate and just transferred the toast on to the clean plate.
When it comes to food I can make lots of compromises but dirty table and plates is not one of them.
