I got some good advice from the owner despite that the service was obviously more than my house warranted in every way. It’s a shame that they don’t offer a service suitable for simple homes. I would suggest tiered services. The owner mentioned he wants repeat biz. I understand why the service is expensive from a biz point of view but once or twice a year may work best for me. Maybe sometime in the future?

Orange County, CA
During the last three years, I’ve requested the Junk Out team to take on two challenging orgaization/​cleaning issues for a family member getting on in years. For both projects, the JO folks were prompt, über-​courteous with their customers and beyond thorough in the cleaning/​clearing work. Also nice: The company’s rates are extremely fair, considering the caliber of work they do.
Big-​time kudos to Chad, JO’s founder, as well as to team members Kris and Clyde, who went far and above the call of duty in their job last Friday.
