Loved the Knafeh! I’ve been to their other location in Buena Park as well. Both times the experience was good. It was fresh, sweet, and cheesy! Definitely come back for more

I went for a slice today i expected better, since i read the reviews about this place I thought it was pretty good, but not the best I’ve had. I prefer the stuff I get from pastry shops in Pasadena or Glendale, and it’s much cheaper. A single slice here will cost you $ 5, and they don’t heat it up for you, or offer to, so don’t bother dining in. P. S. the cheese is salty for knafeh cheese should be sweet.

This sweet dessert is super syrupy, with stringy cheese on bottom. The texture depends on which of two types of Knafeh you select. Yes there are two types. Ask the pros to breakdown the differences between the two. A must try.

Unilocal 100 review challenge: 55⁄100 Knafeh Café… thee famous spot for the best Knafeh in all of OC. No joke this dessert maker has awards posted all over his walls to prove he’s got some skills. This sweet dessert is super syrupy, with stringy cheese on bottom. The texture depends on which of two types of Knafeh you select. Yes there are two types. Ask the pros to breakdown the differences between the two. Out came a circular tray with our hot drink. The Turkish coffee steamed in the silver ladle cup. Three tiny cute coffee cups awaited for the coffee to be slowly poured and swirled into. Daddy did the honors pouring the coffee into cups. It’s was Nubia and my first time trying this coffee. Dad was already a pro! It tasted very very strong. It had aromas of many flavors yet one I pinpointed right on: cardamom. It’s not my all time fav. Haha. But, it worked with the coffee. It had a slight powdery Taste especially at thee end. But, what a great experience. Guess who was craving some more the next day??? Hahaaaaa. –private parking. –no restrooms onsite –there is a sink tho(to wash hands) –about 5 – 6 tables inside –small cute place.

Came in here because of my husbands crazy sweet tooth! We had just had dinner nearby. We order the 2 different types of Knafa. They were hot and the cheese was soooooo yummy! Everything about it was perfection! So glad to have an Authentic Palestinian knafa place locally :)))))

finally tried it and it was just killer. hard to compare it but if you like flan, crème brûlée, even a cheescake, a knafeh is must have. from its crumbly toasted buttery top layer, to the sheep’s milk mozzarella type cheese, to the not overly sweet simple syrup, equals a must have.

I went to Knafeh Café for the first time earlier this week and had an excellent experience. Eating at the restaurant wasn’t the only first. I’ve never had nor heard of Konafah or Knafeh before but was pleasantly surprised as both were delicious upon biting into them. I complimented the food with a Turkish coffee, just about the only thing I’ve had before on the menu. The Turkish coffee was great as well. The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. Asem, the owner was especially helpful and donated a lot of time to us making sure everything came out just right and that we were pleased with the experience. I highly recommend checking this place out even if you’ve never heard of anything on the menu or if you are familiar with the plentiful items, check the home-made spin they have on them. Try something new! I’ll be going back soon!

I had to try they’re Knafeh because I’ve heard so many great things about their Knafeh from Palestinians that have been to Palestine say its good and I’m one of those Palestinians I’ve had straight out of Nables kenafeh and I can safely and truly say Knafeh Café’s Knafeh is delicious in either kind I didn’t even take pictures I just dug in. Also the Arabic coffee is good

I visited this place after a day at Disneyland. I had heard good things about their Knafe, but it was nothing like the one I am used to. I was told this was the type they had for the day, so I decided to buckle down and try it. I thought it was pretty good, but not the best I’ve had. I prefer the stuff I get from Armenian pastry shops in Pasadena or Glendale, and it’s much cheaper. A single slice here will cost you $ 5, and they don’t heat it up for you, or offer to, so don’t bother dining in. They don’t even give you utensils. I love 45 minutes away, so I kind of wanted to eat in my car or at the café. I would not go out of my way to visit here again, it if I am in the area, I would definitely give it another shot! I hope they have the other type of Knafe available when I visit though…

We came here after I saw great reviews from people. The knafeh was just ok. It was served on paper plates. The presentation was just kind of poor. And I get that we didn’t get here when it was fresh from the oven, but they could put the microwave in the back so that when they heat it up, it’s not right out there. The tables were dirty when we came in, and we were the only customers. Just some atmosphere and presentation might bump it up to 4 stars.

This place has the best home made Knafeh HANDSDOWN! The place is comfy and the service is great! The Turkish coffee is a must try at this place! And if you are a knafeh freak like I am just order a medium Tray, that why your know for sure its fresh! take it home and keep it in the fridge, when your ready to eat just microwave a peace and eat away. keep up the great work guys ;)

The basbosa was dry and the konafah was below average. The tea was served in foam not glass. Not happy, I won’t come back to this branch. The other one is better.
