These guys are absolutely wonderful. Really nice and very helpful. I’ve been to them twice now and have an awesome experience each time. They really just want to make sure you drive off in a safe car. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. They have the best costumer service! Highly recommend.

I had an air conditioning problem. i first went to PepBoys and after a test they wanted to replace the whole system (including compressor, condenser, drier and expenser) for a total of more than $ 1300 for parts and labor. i was not convinced the whole A/​C system should be replace, so i called Lawrence’s and made an appointment. i waited for only about half hour. the manager (or the owner) came back: they refilled the A/​C with freon and also added some dyers for test. they didn’t find any leaks. the manager asked to wait for a week and if i still have the problem, then come back to them again. he even didn’t charge for the test and freon. this is the best car repair experience i have had.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews. The service I just received here warrants one.
I brought in my ford expedition which was leaking coolant. The owner immediately made me feel at ease, and told me what the 2 most likely scenarios would be. One was 1100 and one was 600.
He called in a few hours with the lesser of the two estimates. He delivered the repair on time and made sure I knew exactly what he had done.
I ended up here because of the positive reviews. They are all true. Go here, you won’t be sorry…

Very grateful for Lawrence and his team’s services and hospitality. They definitely delivered the best possible care for my car and shared the knowledge that I lacked regarding my car. Definitely will refer all my friends and family to get serviced here.

I broke down and was towed off the 91 freeway. Thankfully I was towed to an honest repair shop. After my experience I highly recommend this shop.

I called for an appointment, because my check engine light was on, but was off when I got there. They check it out and gave a few ideas of what can be done to fix the issue. I also can say I had major service done here 3 years ago when I lived in Rialto. I was on the 57 freeway when my car over heated and I had to call AAA, which had my car towed to this repair shop. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road again, always keeping me informed of the time it would take and what work needed to be done. They did such excellent work on my car then, that now that I’m living here in Anaheim, this is where I will have all my car repairs done from now on, because I do have trust in the work they do. Just left this shop after getting an oil change 20 minutes after stopping by without an appointment (it was slow thankfully). I’ve had terrible luck with crooked shops in the past so I’m very happy to have found this place. Mohammad was very kind and overall I had a wonderful experience — recommending to all friends & family.

They go above and beyond to make you happy and their returning customers are so high. I’m really happy to have found this repair shop.
They even offered to take me home or to pick me up.

I had my oil changed at Lawrence Auto Repair during my lunch hour.
Checked the fluids, filters and tire pressure!
Plus… Was offered coffee and a bottle of water while I waited.
Great service! Fast and friendly. Privately owned, passion is apparent.

Wonder why they have such good reviews? Come in for your next oil change and you’ll understand. Mohammad will answer the phone and let you know exactly how long the wait will be and welcome you to come in. Then when you arrive he’ll greet you with a bottle of water and a warm smile and get straight to work. I asked his rate for a full synthetic oil change out of habit (he could have said $ 150 and I would have gladly handed him my card) and fortunately the price was actually very competitive and I felt even better about my decision to try this place.

Yesterday my car would start but it wouldn’t engage and keep running. I called my mobile mechanic in training a.k.a. my boyfriend and he said he thinks it’s the fuel pump and to call AAA to tow it home. I called AAA to get it towed (my membership includes free towing up to 7 miles) and they recommended a few AAA mechanics in the area to tow it to. The closest one was Union Auto in Fullerton so I called them and said I’m getting my car towed over there and they said they’d be open until 6 p.m. (it was 4:50 p.m.). I looked up Union Auto’s reviews on Unilocal and they were LOW. I then called AAA again and said I wanted the car towed to Lawrence’s instead but needed to know how far away it was and they said it was 6 miles away just under the 7 mile limit. I called Lawrence’s and spoke with Mohammed and asked if he could please wait for me and that the tow truck would be here any minute. Mohammed said he would wait and didn’t close up the shop until I got there. What a guy! He offered myself and my boyfriend cold bottled water and said if we wanted coffee he would make us a fresh pot. I signed a few papers and 5 minutes later I was off to dinner with the boyfriend. Mohammed was so nice and sympathetic about my car breaking down that I told him, «It’s ok. I know it happens.»
The next morning he called back and said my car’s fuel pump had a heart attack and it needed to be replaced which was the same diagnosis my boyfriend had. He said he’d have the car ready by 3 p.m. but it was done by 1:30! He even made it a point to show us the old pump and filter (I had spoke with one of the guys at work that morning and he said make sure the mechanic shows you the old parts so you know it was bad) and explained to us what happened. Mohammed and the team checked my tire pressure and car fluids and scolded me and the boyfriend for having low oil and added 2 quarts on the house! I’ve done the research on parts and labor and know we’re getting a fair and great deal and that they use quality parts that are under warranty!
I might not be able to drink Starbucks everyday for the next month but at least I got a new fuel pump, fuel fliter, air in my tires, oil in my car and peace of mind! If I went to another mechanic and they did the same scope of work I guarantee I’d be more upset about how much I spent on getting it fixed. I recommend Lawrence’s auto repair to anyone and everyone!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-​in-​law. She was driving over to Disneyland to meet us, and noticed her car was making this sound. I guess part of her car was affecting how the tires run. Anyways, we looked up this place for her to take her car to. Here is her review:
I was there 5 minutes before closing today, Lawrence can tell that I was in despair, he offered me a bottle of cold water and repair my car even though he did not have the right part. I was able to drive home safely. Thank you. You are truly the best!

I always get my oil and brakes changed here now. It’s less than a mile from my house so I drop off the car, run home, and then run back when it’s finished.
They are extremely friendly and fair with pricing. They’ll serve you water and chat with you. Service is impeccable and they get it done immediately.

After reading the reviews, I decided to check this place out to get my thermostat regulator replaced. I called first and spoke to Mohammad who gave me a fair quote over the phone. When I arrived, he greeted me and offered me some cold water or fresh coffee. He even offered the Wi-​Fi password since he saw I had my iPad with me. They worked on my truck for about 2 hours as quoted, and explained all the work he did in detail. They even referred me to a muffler shop for a catalytic converter replacement (thank you California) :|
Overall, I had an excellent customer service experience at this place and would highly recommend it. Thanks for everything Mohammad!

I was looking to get a dreaded smog test to renew my registration and found Lawrence’s shop. I can see this place from my apartment complex and was thrilled to see that they offered it there!
Mohammed helped me and he is the nicest auto mechanic that I’ve ever encountered! I was planning on leaving my car there for the test and just walk back to my house to wait, but he offered me a water and gave me the remote to the TV and I just couldn’t say no.
The service was fast and efficient (25min) and very reasonably priced ($ 40 smog w/​cert). I will definitely be back when I need my car to be serviced. Thank you Mohammed and Lawrence Auto Repair!

You only need one service at Lawrence’s Auto Repair to want to become a regular customer.
I came into the shop to for new brakes and was helped by Mohammed. This was the first repair shop that actually took me into the work area to show me what I needed done. I’m big on honestly and they are very honest at this place.
Highly recommended to anyone in the area.

Let’s talk about courtesy, the first thing a mechanic usually lacks. Mohammad was beyond courteous, offering coffee, water and entertainment while I waited.
Efficiency– his team quickly found the issues which was even less than originally quoted. They cleaned up the mess someone else had left and had me in and out in under about an hour. Every few steps of the way he called me in to show me what they were doing.
When it came to being proactive and safe, he personally showed me some issues that will be coming up and easily sealed the deal to have me returning. We got under my car and the things he pointed out were obvious wear. I appreciate the rare view most drivers seldom get to see of their transport vessel.
If you’re looking for friendly and honest people, I suggest you give these guys a call while you’re getting your quotes. You won’t regret it.

Definitely the best !!!
I’ve been a customer for more than 2 years now. But recently I had A problem with my car, it failed the smog check and the repair should cost a lot of money. But not at this place (Lawrence). Mohamed and Lawrence asked me to leave the car for 24 hours and they said they’ll do their best. And they did.:))).
It’s the Mercedes 2007 with check engine light on front lights off and broken, and I think it also broken the hood knob. I came back the following day, check engine light off, front lights on, and new knob in place with out me asking !!! And their charged me a very very reasonable price !!!
This is the place to go for sure if you want your car fixed and your money saved
