Mail Box Express

I have been a customer at this store for over a year now and it is one of the the most convenient places to go to in Anaheim. The store manages mail boxes, uhaul trucks, shipping and delivery, notary, and also serves as a convenience store. The owner and his employee are very friendly people. The store is always clean and neat too.

I arrived at the store at 9:04 AM. The sign posted on the door stated the store opened at 9AM. I waited a few minutes then decided to go to the neighboring market and buy some time. It is now 9:35 AM and still no clerk has arrived. I understand a small business running a little behind but this is unacceptable.

I signed up my three kids for an international gift-​exchange. We were very excited till it came time to ship the gifts. I tried to do it myself, from home, but got scared and confused with all those prices. We got two gifts sent to Australia and one to the United Kingdom. I searched Unilocal for a company that would give me shipping options and help me.
I went this morning with my daughter — and three gifts in hand. I needed shipping boxes for two of the gifts and packing peanuts. There was about three people ahead of me. I didn’t mind the wait, cause I knew I needed the help. They provided boxes for me, helped me pack the gifts and showed me — very patently I may add — my shipping options. He was so nice to us, that he didn’t charge us for the boxes! The man behind the counter was so attentive –offered us water (we were there for quite a while) and shipped my items away.
I would TOTALLY recommend his services and now I know where to go for the next time I do something like this. I am very sorry I didn’t ask his name. I should have, cause he has very, very good costumer service skills. His trainee — very nice young man — was also very good.

Beats the post office by a mile. Shorter lines, nicer counter guy and doesn’t cost much more. I absolutely hate the post office and this place makes it easy on me. I even rented a uhaul here a while back. Definitely recommend.

We came here to rent a uhaul truck. The guy working the counter explained that our choice wasn’t the best and that we could save money by doing a move based on millage used. We ended up saving about $ 100 on our move. I’d recommend them.

Small and doesn’t sell much retail, but there is never a line and the s other shop owner is super
friendly. Ups, fedex, mail, uhaul, atm, and notary services.
