I called them and asked if they had a specific CeaserStone material in stock. I was told that they had 3 slabs. It was verified that they had the slabs three times. Originally, I was going to pay for this without seeing the slabs. When I told them I would come in to see it before purchasing it, they told me it wasn’t in stock. I called CaeserStone directly about the problem. Then, I received a call from the manager or owner(not sure which) called me and said the slabs were put on hold for a more important customer and the person that told me it was available was new. She said she was trying to find another source for the slabs and would call me back and she has not. Update: The manager called me about a week later and said she had the slabs. While she was on the phone with me she went into the back to mark them with«Hold» labels. At that point, she noticed that they had sent the wrong slabs. She said she would try to get them again and would call me back. She called back and said the correct slabs were in. I drove an hour and a half from my home to the store to verify they had the right slabs. We paid for the order and I arranged for my fabricator to come to pick them up in a few days. When my fabricator and I arrived to pick up the slabs, they could only find one of the two slabs that I had bought and paid for. After quite some time and speaking with several people, they discovered that they had sold the slabs I had paid for to another customer. I again called CaesarStone to tell them of the problem. Their regional manager got involved and Nick at Marble Express made some calls. Nick located 2 matching slabs and offered me a discount for all of the trouble I went through. So at the end of the day, my needs were met, but it was quite a stressful experience.

Stay away from Marble Express. They switched the granite that I paid for and the owner is not taking responsibility for it. This place is not worth the aggravation.

I went to the Marble Express in Las Vegas. We picked out 3 full slabs of quartzite and then called and requested another, after speaking with our fabricator. We were charged by the square foot. We were shorted over $ 700 in product and then they refused to return phone calls. We drove back(3 hours round trip) to rectify the situation. Our salesman(Leor) snuck out the back door after the receptionist told him we were there. His father(Shlomo) refused to rectify the situation and after making excuses and outright lying. I sent a message to the company Facebook page and received no response from them either.

I can not express to you enough to no to due business with this establishment. You will definitely get wholesale rates but you will get wholesale customer service as well!!! As long as carrot $$ is out in front of their face they are your friends. W When we had a problem with the marble not matching and needed to swap out a slab for another slab they could be of ZEROASSISTANCE. They are way to many other slab yards on the blvd. GO see Ike and Shanon and Marble ex on Winston they will take care of you as this place is a sham of an operation. Stay away from Manuel the Manager what a liar the man is!!!
