I am impressed by their quality work and their cooperation to work on my needs.
Guys came on scheduled time and team has finished job on time. They have skillful people to finish your rain gutter installment project. It took only less than 2.5 hours to finish the job. I did inquiry at many rain Gutter Installation companies in southern California either they were not available to take new customers or price is too high. Martinez Rain Gutter did a job in affordable price and in my budget limit.

Highly recommend Martinez Rain Gutter. We e mailed them a couple weeks ago for an estimate and they responded right away. They came out last Friday for an estimate and a week later our rain gutters were installed and they look great! They worked us into their very busy schedule and we were very appreciative of that. They worked very efficiently and the job was done within a hour. I’m sure our neighbors will be using this company as well!

Since the installation, we have had rain that the gutters cannot hold. I spoke with Eduardo who promised to return to address the issue. Unfortunately, he missed the first appointment and has not returned my texts or calls since. Lacking professionalism and follow-​through. Disappointing.

Awesome job !! Fast, professional efficient great communication from start to finish impressed with entire job. I inquired about estimate different companies Eduardo was one which responded quickly came out gave free estimate. The price was reasonable so I pulled the trigger. Eduardo crew also fixed a poor water drain sprout by my roof for no extra cost no nickel & dime, something so small means so much because it was a problem and they rectify it at no extra cost. I am so happy with the service and feel prepare for storm season «el Nino», . Did I mention the distance they were only a hand full of companies willing to drive the distance for the business despite the heavy demand right now due to weather Eduardo still came out, this told me his company can handle heavy load demand placed on them during busy season. I can go on but suffice to say this picky customer is over joyed with their service & cost.

I sent the company a message on Unilocal and Eduardo contacted me back. He came out on Halloween to estimate the cost of the job and assess what I wanted.
The whole process was easy and it was clear I wanted Eduardo’s company to do the installation. His wife called to schedule the installation and by November 20^th… Voila, we had great looking gutters installed. The gutters fit seamlessly and you almost can’t tell there ARE gutters.

This company is great! We got several estimates & they were by far the lowest estimate. They installed the gutters we chose within 2 weeks of our consultation and they did a fantastic job. They look so good that we got compliments from our neighbors. We wanted them to change one of the downspouts to have a different angle (very minor detail) and they came back out and did the change within a couple days. Very nice guys, very efficient, and great products. I would highly recommend this company.

I called this morning because I need some rain gutters installed on my building, but the voicemail greeting I got states that «they are not accepting any new customers» so don’t waste your time calling them. Most businesses hire more staff to cover increased demand, they don’t just shut the door to new business.

Great company. Most competitive price I encountered (and I called everyone).
They also did a great job, and had one of the wider selections of gutter shapes. The team was quick and efficient, and even offered to return for any small fixes if there were any issues.

I am always happy to have something good to say about a service provider and Martinez Rain Gutters gives me an opportunity to do just that! My experience was flawless from my initial inquiry to the final installation which was less than 2 weeks total. The first time I called, my call went into voice mail. I had been calling other rain gutter companies for weeks, leaving messages and the two closest options I received was a promise to have someone call to schedule an estimate (that never happened) and an estimate from someone who took measurements and gave me a price — very little discussion. This other company’s price seemed a little high so I started looking for additional companies to call. I found Martinez with 5 star reviews on Unilocal so I called. I went into voice mail & left a message. I received a call back very shortly thereafter. Eduardo said he would come out for an estimate on that Saturday. He arrived on time as scheduled. He was really helpful! He had a lot of experience and shared his opinion with me. I never felt like he was trying to sell me, he just offered informed options and let me decide. He offered a larger gutter, more coverage and a better price than the other company offered. He also took the time to discuss color options and down spout placement. Eduardo really wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. That was awesome! Then, I was delighted that he scheduled me for a week from the following Monday. The guys arrived on time, worked really hard, did a great/​clean job, explained somethings as they went a long and answered all of my questions when they finished. You can probably tell by the length of this review that I pay close attention to detail. Martinez passed the test for quality workmanship, aesthetics, and customer service. I strongly recommend them for your rain gutters. Keep up the good work guys & thanks! I wish there were more services that offered the same high quality you deliver.

Eduardo came and gave us a quick estimate. He advised on the color and left me a color chart for me to discuss with my wife on the color of choice, as well as a copy of his quotation. We texted him over the phone to tell him the color we need (which in the end match the exact color of our roof edge and down pour).
The workers were late for their appointment (which happens sometimes). I called Eduardo up and he was really responsive. And because I had to leave for work, Eduardo said i could just leave my side gate open and the workers would finish up the project, and i could pay him another day. He gave me a discount because the workers were late, which I think was very responsible; i appreciate it when a business is trying to back up what they do and try to compensate to keep their customer happy. The work was good and clean. I’m happy, and all i have to do is send him a check to the address and title he provided.
The workers also gave me suggestions and were able to work the down pour around my security cameras to avoid blocking the view of the camera, and also installed the downpour in their more natural way.
The price was reasonable for the quality work they did.

Great customer service. All my calls and emails were returned and all questions answered. Eduardo provided a thorough estimate and described how his team would address a steep roof with a lot of surface area (a waterfall situation if not done properly).
His team was prompt and the work looks solid. I could not budge the down spouts if I wanted (unlike my previous installation). To top off, his price was great!
