McDonald’s

This must be the hardest job in the world. Just bought some food from here. It was about 9pm. Ordered a blueberry pie like advertised and the girl at the window hands me a pie that has «best by the 5 pm on the box.» I asked for another blueberry pie. She hands me another pie. Could have been the same one that she put in a new box. Who khows… the pie ends up being apple when opening the pie. Maybe the health department needs to be informed of the «old food» being served.

It’s a bit wild at this McDonald’s. There is usually quite a bit going on between the customers and the stuff in the back but it gives you the impression that they’re trying really hard but they’re not quite sure what they’re doing. I do appreciate them asking me my name even though I have to spell it out for them because it’s not that common. The staff is nice sometimes they need a little bit of extra time to understand what you’re saying, but then again maybe I ran into a couple of new employees. The drive-​through is pretty fast and I’ve honestly never had a problem with this McDonald’s. Important facts the drive-​through is open 24 hours, breakfast is served at 4 AM until 11 AM at the drive-​through. The dining room is open from 5 AM to midnight. I love the one dollar any size drink. What else can I say Fraser kind of soggy I don’t eat the meat and I’m usually there for coffee and breakfast.

15 minutes for a 4 Car Drive thru. And, they have the Audacity to say that the lady wasn’t moving because they got their order wrong and it was her fault. Hold up, the reason we’re all waiting is because you screwed up the order not to mention the order you screwed up that belong to me

Every time I come here the food tastes old. Cold fries, cold nuggets and this time I ordered fillet O fish sandwiches and the bun was chewy and hard. Maybe it’s just the drive thru… I won’t be returning to this location.

It’s McDonald’s. You already knew what to expect when you decided to either walk in or drive thru this establishment. The food isn’t the best, but then again, if your ordering food from McDonald’s, you already knew that.

I order a crispy mcwrap with ranch and add onions. While waiting a long time for my order i see the cre touching there face touching there hair. Thats really disgusting! Then they give me my order and for worst you guys fot my order wrong you guys put grill .Thrn im calling the manager to let her know and she straight ignored me until the crew member Emely saw me i told her about this and she parked me. Then the manager gave me my food i looked at my order and guess what i noticed you guys just changed the chicken. Do you guys really know your not suppost to do this! You guys should really run a shift efficiently i am a RDM in a other location and i was a kitchen manager and i know! And to top it of you guys put light lettuce on my wrap bad service!

Place is solid! Had an issue and they handled it above and beyond my expectations! I’ll be here again!

Wow just wow. I have to say I come to this McDonalds quite often and every single time I go here they mess up my order or give stale tasting food. Seriously what the heck!!! I just don’t get it. Working at McDonalds isn’t rocket science.

Very… very. poor customer service. Workers have no idea of their customer service and has no clue to COURTESY. They take your order without respect even you are an elderly. They hand you the order l without saying nothing other than «here».

I don’t usually review a low quality place, but I feel differently in this case. Manager failed to mention them only accepting cash, and he lied about it afterwards. Whoever is working at 12:50 AM needs to go.

So I was driving and got thirsty so why not stop. I came by here because $ 1.00 for any size? (On a side note I love to ask for the water cup size drink and see the face of the cashier ok back to the review.) I got out of my truck and went in as the drive-​through was well backed up. So I went in and it took almost 10 minutes just to order a drink. There was about five people in there running around like chickens with their head cut off trying to get the drive-​through taken care of. The inside was absolutely dead two people that were already inside and had already ordered in front of me waiting on their food. I just stood there waiting to be asked if I needed some help. Upon both of the people that were waiting for their food received it I was then asked what I would like. I can totally see why the drive-​through is popular here. As it has a liquor store just across the parking lot that had quite the group of characters hanging out outside-​so if you do stop here I would definitely recommend the drive-​through as it seems to get the majority of the attention of the workers. Not to mention if you need to take off from one of the suspicious characters hanging out outside the store there and or just run one of them over if they get in your way. My suggestion stay in your car keep the doors locked use the drive to you.

We have been coming to this location for lunch twice a week for about a year now, and we have seen a real improvement in both cleanliness and service! The food has always been good, of course we don’t have any special requests so we can’t comment there, but everything is just what you expect to get when you order. During the school year around lunchtime there can be a lot of teenagers and it can get pretty loud, plus the language can get pretty bad, but the perfect solution is opening the «special dining area» as a quiet alternative. Also, during summer, that room has the best air! They should open it to the public more often!
All in all I like this McDonalds very much and will continue to eat thee for a long time!

Can’t get lunch until 11am. Wasted my time driving over there to be told they only have nasty breakfast

I don’t have a problem with the food which is why I gave it 2 stars. This review is for the «fat» guy in the drive thru who takes your order and collects your money. This is the second time I’ve been there for breakfast. This guy doesn’t even speak once you get up to the window he just takes your money no good morning no hello… NOTHING! If u don’t like your job find another. Or put this guy in the back to flip burgers where he’s not in front of customers. Last thing I want to see first thing In the morning while trying to have breakfast is someone who acts like this…

Wow! This has to be the most filthy and disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been in. We were there on 4÷15÷14 and the floors in the dining area had garbage all over them. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for hours. The entire place looked like it hadn’t ever been deep cleaned. The bathrooms were disgusting too. Filth all over and broken toilet seats too. I will NEVER go back to this one. I can’t believe McDonald’s corporate allows them to operate like this.

What can you really say about a McDonalds that people don’t already know. The food is average, the service is average and the cleanliness is well… average. This location sits on Ball Rd near Gilbert in Anaheim and is located in a close proximity to a local High School. Now while this is good for business it can be quite burdensome to the customers who just want to come in and order without the screaming and yelling from the local kids in the area. The last day we came was to try the returning Mighty Wings (an old favorite of mine) but the service inside was slow an having to sit with a group of kids horse playing in the lobby of the restaurant made it much worse. This is your average McDonalds location, nothing special, nothing too bad, parking could be better but at the end of the day I am sure i’ll be back again.
As an after thought this location does seem like they get new items a day or two after many of the others which is another minor flaw in an otherwise OK location.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The idiot Vanessa in the drive-​thru gave my credit card to the car ahead of me in some technical mixup!!! Thankfully their manager Kati addressed the situation, and the car ahead of me came back with my credit card, but I am not a happy camper.
If I could give –10,000,000 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat

My husband warned me about buying our son’s cheeseburger from this McDonald’s. So far this week, they haven’t got our orders right. All we wanted was a cheeseburger with just the cheese and mayo. We kept getting the meat patty with our son’s burger. I know it’s not hard to take out the patty but by the time we do, the cheese has melted and stuck to the patty. It is just so annoying! X4 this week already! Today, they almost forgot to give me my son’s happy meal. Their sweet tea is not sweet tea. It’s iced water. I am so disappointed with this place. The best one so far is the McDonald’s on Malvern in Fullerton. This McDonald’s is not worth any star.

Since the re-​model, there are nicer employees and the food is always better. I used to go here all the time and was disappointed. This deserves an update because the last five times I’ve been, I’ve had fresh, hot food and only friendly people have helped me.
They also don’t charge for sauces anymore. :)
