Ordered at 10:50am got my food almost 40 min later… i thought this was a FASTFOOD place. And to top it off when i complained about it the cashier had the nerve to say«im short staffed today so if you know anyone send them my way» !! Like really lady thats all you have to say? No apologies or anything for the food taking forever. This place has the worst customer service on top of being the slowest. And why would a McDonald’s need two security guards??? Makes me wonder? ???

Seriously the worst managed and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to; and I’ve been to some bad ones… I was waiting in line and then the manager decides to change the register used to the other side. Ok, that’s fine if you move the line accordingly. Instead, they just start a new line and ask those of us waiting to go to the back of the new line. I notice if one can tell in Spanish that they got moved to the front — too bad for me… at least the employees were courteous. So I have #218, then why is #221, which has the same food as me already out? Oh yeah, and it took about 15-minutes after ordering to get my food; might have been faster if they didn’t fill #221 before me.

Came here on a Friday night. I drove in from the drive-thru entrance and parked easily to dine-in. The place looks nice from the inside. There was a table showing fake food samples of the new menu items which I found odd, but knowing it will be useful for someone who wants to know what the new menu items will look like. It was kind of obstructing the line to the cashier since there was only one cashier working and most of the people were coming from one entrance that I used. Ordering was easy to do. The young lady was nice. I paid using ApplePay. I ordered a Fish Fillet combo with a hot vanilla latte coffee. Everything tasted as I would expect… great! They have a large HDTV tuned to local news for entertainment. They do have a play area for the kids, but I am not typing a review for that area since I do not have a reason to go there last night. I have no kid, yet. haha!

Horrible!!! I arrived in their drive thru line at 11:17am. 20 minutes later I ordered but had to repeat my self over 4 times. 20 minutes there after I finally received my order. 40 minutes of waiting in a drive through line which after a certain point you can’t get out is outrageous!!! I asked for a # to complain and was given a song and dance about them being understaffed and so on. Then was told if I call the manager he would tell me the same thing Rude and slow is apparently his this McDonald’s runs.

Upon entering driving my way through shady squatters that hang out in the back I get to the menu. Last McDonalds I went to to ask for the 242 said they didn’t participate in it so I was finally happy to be able to get to 2 for 2. Nope they stopped that two days ago how ironic. So thanks McDonalds good looking out on the advertising but seem to never pan out for me the fries are fresh service was friendly. But you got to take this L or aka 1 star or aka LOS on behalf of the franchise as a whole

Worst MCD ever! They took 40 mins to take my order. When I pulled up to the front widow then they said there’s no order in the system so I have to re order. It supposed to be fast food. Now I’m late for my work. The worst one ever!

Bad bad location drive through sucks 100000000 don’t come here shit Burger King or anything better… Well came back to give the restaurant the benefit might do or be better then the last time I was here but NOPE still BADBADBAD. Excellent service this morning, but it was like The Walking Dead of homeless men and women. I was stopped by a homeless guy twice at the drive through and nearby were more just waiting to stop some walkins.

I like how modern their furnitures here compare to other branches but i dont see any crew here that clean the tables or sweep and mop the floors… All of them are just behind the counters. There should one crew doing those cleaning and rather than leaving the store dirty… Good service include the cleanliness of the store.

I don’t expect McDonald’s to be a 5 star place but my gosh this has been the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I drove by the front and seen they didn’t have much people inside so figured the drive through wouldn’t take long. Big mistake as it took 20minutes. 20MINUTES for a line with only 3 cars in front of me. After such a long wait you’d think the food would at least be done good. Nope! Not one grain of salt was on my fries and instead of light ice as I asked it was packed with ice that was gone in like 3 gulps. Not the first time this place has frustrated me but this was just too fucking horrible an experience.

Customer service was excellent. The burger I got look exactly like the picture on the Menu! Now these workers here deserves 15 dollars an hour. If you can make the burger like the picture every time, offer to refill the sweet tea, and give extra napkins for no reason. pshhhhhh they deserve that $ 15.00. Best Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too!!!

Wow, the customer service here is too stellar! I ordered a quarter pounder combo thinking I would get lettuce inside my burger. As I opened my quarter pounder box, there was no lettuce. I didn’t really care much so I just ate it. As I was eating, a young man asked me how I was enjoying my quarter pounder. I told him my situation, and he told me the quarter pounder deluxe was the combo where your burger gets lettuce and tomatoes. He apologized and brought me lettuce after without me asking. 5 stars for him! P. s. The BOGO is only Monday-Friday

I stopped by on my lunch break right now and ordered the new buttermilk chicken sandwich, just the sandwich. Got to the window and paid about to go to next window when the young lady at paying window said wait I have your food. As confused I was I said okay and took off, got back to work just to realize I have got a hamburger plain at that! Debating whether to go back or not, I called in and manager Monica answered apologized repeatedly and offered three options. I decided to go back since a plain burger wasn’t going to hold me off until I go home. I then went thru drive thru again ordered and ask for the manager at the window, spoke with a gentleman this time explained and thank me for coming back and giving them the opportunity to let the team see and speak of where it went wrong and how to improve and make sure that it doesn’t happen again. Thank you again for the meal Monica.

They don’t have their act together in the drive thru. They have two lines, one line moved faster and my line just stood there, and the server kept asking me to wait, while the other line kept going in front of us. The kids were hungry, I left, most likely will not come back.

Normally, I don’t have problems with McDonald’s in general. But this one was pretty bad. Waited almost 8 minutes before having our order taken, cashier didn’t hear us the first time. Granted, my boyfriend is not the most affirmative orderer but still. 3 Apple slices in the Happy meal, but I think that’s the companies fault. Fries in my happy meal were soggy, while my normal order of medium fries were not. I didn’t get my receipt. Also fault of Boyfriend, who doesn’t notice these things till we drive far far away. Shouldn’t be something he has to worry about anyway. Also, I got my Happy Meal while waiting on 10 piece Chicken McNugget and fries. So why did I get my Happy Meal fries if fries weren’t ready?(hence, the sog) At least they got my special order cheeseburger right, so there’s something…

Oh Mickey Dee’s, you know I love you… but this location needs some help. We went on Sunday before a trip to Disneyland(only one exit away). Maybe it was just overly busy but this place was slammed and they were not getting out of the weeds anytime soon. The drive thru was out of control, the line went to the street. Inside wasn’t any better. You couldn’t tell where the line started or ended so it caused some confusion with ordering. We did our usual order, 4 Triple cheeseburgers with no ketchup(we toss the buns later to avoid confusion) and a Large beverage. Took a seat at our dirty bartop(because every table and bartop was dirty) and waited. I saw them place two burgers on the tray by the register and then the other 2 that would complete our order never arrived. We walked over to take a look at our food that was just sitting there getting cold. The food runner finally found the other burgers and we went back to our table. As we unwrapped our food we realized that they had made us double cheese bugers instead of triples… so back to the counter we went. When they finally got our order right we dug in to zero seasoned burgers, like the cook didn’t even try to salt or pepper those patties. Annoying because without seasoning Mc Donalds isn’t very good.

I’ve been going here a few times in the morning around 7am. I don’t have any issues with the drive-thru so far. Even though there’s two lines to order from the flow of traffic is relatively normal for me. The drive-thru menu boards are clean and easy to read. The speaker box isn’t broken or hard to hear. I haven’t stepped foot in the restaurant so I can’t review that area. My only gripe is that their hazelnut iced coffee sucks. I’ve ordered it three times in a span of two weeks and it’s been consistently bland! They seem to be pretty stingy with the syrup. If you want unflavored, watered-down crap, by all means, come to this McDonalds. I wish I could go back and ask for more but I’m heading to work and I don’t have time.
