I went there trying to switch to metro from boost mobile. unfortunately the girl that was working there that morning was not helpfull and had a bad attitude i left because she said her system was down but as i left i seen her taking care of another Coustomer i left and took my buissnes elsewhere. People like her shouldnt work in coustomer service. i visited october 1 around 10 am

FRAUDULENT!!! WARNING!!! DON’T GOHERE!!! I was ripped off. NOTWORTHIT, go to another METRO. If you are able to get thru the hot/smelly store w/the crackheads who stumble in & out, you’ll get screwed at some point. Waited 2 hrs to get refund for a bad phone. I returned the purchased within 7 day period, per policy, still in the box. Owner Troy Haar(who spoke to me by phone) was sarcastic to me when I told him how frustrated I was for waiting in this store for 2 hrs on a hot day while his employee(1st day on the job w/no training or backup) couldn’t figure it out. He could not get his«worker» to verify phone was not used by looking up minutes. That’s not the worst part. So I waited while he kept telling me to wait and wait… wait…When he realized he couldn’t figure it out. He flat out lied and said the policy for me expired on the 6th day! When I called him on it, & asked him for his name and corp. ph#… he quickly gave me a fake name and ph #, and laughed when I asked him what location he worked out of. I noticed when he called the store back the caller ID gave his real name: Troy Haar… and when I asked the employee, she verified he was lying about his name and title. I should have figured, he sounded like a kid who is still wet behind the ears. And when I was at the store 6 days previous, buying a phone, an employee let a crackhead who was harassing ppl, charge his phone in their store!!! VERYPROFESSIONALTROY!
