Tried to order a uniform item through their online site. Everything seemed legitimate until I received an email that there was a problem with my payment and someone would contact me…2 days, no contact so I call. Guy who answered was very short and acted like I was bothering him. Told me that it didn’t go through due to them not accepting online orders anymore. Told me he could take my order over phone, but would have to call me back. 2 days later, I have not heard from him and my credit card info is now floating somewhere in cyberspace for no reason… tried to call, no answer, no call back. Must be making a killing to be brushing off customers. After seeing this other 1 star review, I’ll find somewhere else to purchase my uniform item… Thanks Mike, you business is disappointment, not that you seem to care.

I was very disappointed with this place. HORRIBLE customer service. I wanted to order a jacket, but was unsure of what size to get. The guy said he’d order two sizes and whichever one I wanted he’d let me keep. I kept calling about the jacket and he kept postponing the date it would come in, so after 2 weeks of calling and asking about it, I gave up. I went back 2 months later and decided to order the jacket. I was still unsure about what jacket I wanted, and again he said he’d call me in before he embroidered it to make sure I liked it. He never did, and the day I picked it up, my eyes filled with tears. It was a huge jacket, he should have been able to realize it was fit for a man and not a woman. I told him I was not happy about paying $ 95 and leaving unsatisfied. He said he wouldn’t refund my money, but I could go buy my own jacket and he’d only charge me for front embroidery. That means I’d have to go spend another $ 60 for me to be happy. Not once did he say sorry or try to help make the situation better. My sorority also ordered rush shirts from him 2 weeks prior to rush. He said he’d have them ready the day before rush, so when my president called him he thought that’d be the perfect time to tell her he hadn’t ordered any of the shirts. So we were left with NO rush shirts thanks to Mike. And AGAIN there was NO apology for ruining our most important event of the year. He could have called ahead of time to tell us he wasn’t going to make them, so we could have tried to figure something out, but he handles things very UNPROFESSIONALLY.
