Mix Lounge has saved me time and again whenever I’m in town for a convention. It’s a great place to come grab a drink or bite before heading into a convention, during a convention or after! Best part is it’s only a few steps away from the convention center.
Service has been adequate on most visits and you don’t get hassled if you’re really taking your time and just lounging. I think the staff is pretty accustomed to frequent patrons (or not) just popping in.
Anyway, I’ve been able to charge my electronic gadgets, do work on my laptop, catch a quick buzz and fill up on some of there bites. It’s a great place to people watch, I especially enjoyed this year’s Star Wars Celebration and seeing all the cosplayers milling about.
Recommend their blackberry mojito, enjoy!

hotel bar with great drinks because steps away from the convention center doors. However, they are great for a drink before, during or after your convention.
They also have the latest sporting events on tv

****BUYER BEWARE******
As in, don’t dine here.
We were in a rush, and decided to eat here which was a big mistake.
Ordered their shrimp salad which came with stale shrimp.
Their french onion soup had cold cheese.
Their burger was cold, even at medium rare, they couldn’t get this burger right. And with cold fries.
With everything costing around $ 15 for each item, this wasn’t worth your hard earned money.
Oh, and by the way the service is nonexistent, our waiter forgot our drinks, ketchup, and couldn’t redo the cold fries.
Lousy all around.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
