We recently stayed in Castle House #10 and had a great time. It’s in a very cute & residential area and is about a 15 minute walk to the entrances to Disneyland. It is very clean and the decorations are really cute, although I must say the Small World dolls in the living room are a little creepy at night :). The pool and Jacuzzi and amazing after a long day at Disneyland. The staff is fairly easy to work with, but it is clearly a large operation(I think they own 14 properties) so there’s not a really«personal» feel to the process. We even received incorrect information about our property during this time. Also after we booked I realized that they overcharged us by $ 25 per night according to the rates advertised on their website. Which brings us to their website. They advertise a game room, but notice there’s no pictures of one. This is actually just a finished garage with a foosball table in it. Not a big deal, just worth noting. The sofa is not a pull out couch and there is no store of games waiting for you in the ottoman. There is no desk with a computer, but there is a printer available. Everything else seems to be accurate. All-in-all it was a nice stay, but would probably try someplace else next time.
