SCAM!!! Got suckered into this scam years ago and wish we would have been smarter! EVERY time we attempted to make a reservation at any location it was booked. No matter when or how far in advance. Finally one weekend was open at the Palm Springs location. THAT WAS A JOKE. The room was filthy with date roaches, the microwave and the dishwasher were broke and the toilet kept getting clogged! It was a nightmare. WE were paying MAINTENENCE FEES!!! I had previously tried to get rooms in Las Vegas at their resort. I then find out my sisters neighbors were staying at that THAT VERY RESORT! EXCLUSIVELY FOR MONARCH MEMBERS! We were paying 400.00 a month to these aholes, and my sisters neighbor gets a room ON HOTWIRE! WTF. THAT is when we stopped paying. DO NOT EVER get suckered like we did and PLEASE tell everyone you know.

these guys actually purchased my timeshare group… and now there are many more properties to trade for. we’ve had it about three years, and have had absolutely no problem at all getting what we want.
we traded for a week in maui… it was totally awesome. right on the beach, at kanapali, ocean view, double master suite. totally awesome.
i read these reviews and am not sure what these guys are talking about. we used it in vegas too and had to put a $ 50 depsoit on cc but that was refunded when we checked out. had a great time there too.

These guys are total D BAGS! I was hustled into signing up for this timeshare scam and now they REFUSE to cancel it… I have never been able to use it, or do anything with it. ********************** THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY ARE SCREWING OVER ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE********************* For anyone who saw these scam artists at the OC Fairgrounds telling you that you can win a Catalina trip, Southwest Flights, a cruise, just for showing up is complete bullshit. I am now getting a lawyer involved because of how bad this is. For ANYONE who is even thinking about signing up with them, DO NOT DO IT! THEY DESERVE ZERO stars…

NO STARS! I wish I found these reviews before I embarked on this complete painful waste of time. First thing they promise is not to be high pressure and they are. They promised all sorts of free stuff and I went along because I just wanted one of the many things they promised. When all was said and done, it costs you money to try and get your gift. Wasn’t going to be a sucker twice so I didn’t send the $ 50 for the two free southwest tickets that you can only use during the week and for a two day trip. There are plenty of real timeshare presentations This is not one of them.

You just won 100,000 thousand dollars. «I cannot believe this is happening» Of course not its not true why someone willing to give you 100,000 thousands dollars I wouldn’t. Feed the pig.

Went to a timeshare presentation here and its a waste of time. They offer you «free» stuff with all sorts of stipulations. At the end of the day we were offered a free 7 night cruise but when we went to book it we would have paid regular price after all the add-​on fees they structure into the deal. Don’t waste your time, save yourself a headache. Pretty sure the one positive review here is from one of the Monarch TimeShare Sales Personnel or the hotel employees.
