We are return customers and love the jewelry they have to offer. I am the type that does not like standard jewelry and like unique pieces. By picking th pearl and the setting it really adds a personal touch to the piece. The sales associates are always friendly here and helpful. Each time we’ve been has always been full of indecision trying to decide which setting for which pearl but they have always been patient. Yes they do try to up sell you but isn’t that the point of any business big or small? Can’t fault them on that! I have a few pieces from them already and are great quality and would always be willing to go back!

I had such a great experience here! My boyfriend and I stopped here on out way out of downtown Disney and we had such a cute experience it oh lasted 8 minutes at most but he picked an oyster and the pear inside it was bigger than the display the salesman showed us some chains and pendants and we picked some all and all being less than $ 50

This is a really cute cart. I’ve never been to the store. Just the cart in downtown Disney. It has a huge selection, and the prices are affordable. I love pearls and also silver, which is the usual combination on this cart. I also think the pearl in the oyster idea is a cool novelty. I definitely want to pick out a pearl next time! The staff were also very friendly and professional.

I’m a return customer. My first purchase here was great that’s why I came for this time. I was greeted by the store manager name Mark. Everything was perfect until I saw the receipt with the charge of $ 15FORTHEOYSTERHETOLDMEJUSTGOAHEADANDPICKONE. I WEREMISINFORMED. I bought a pendant + a chain which cost $ 500+ but I was so pissed about the misinformation so I asked him to do a refund. My mom’s birthday is coming up in 2 days and HETOTALLYRUINEDIT with his lack of service skill. I spending $ 500+ which doesn’t mean I would pay $ 15 without acknowledging like that. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE !

I walked over to the little kiosk while some friends were getting a churro. The man who came over was really nice and not pushy at all. In fact he offered up info that probably isn’t helpful to him making sales. They only make about $ 1 – 2 on each oyster opened up in hopes that you will spend much more on a setting. He did show me 2 settings in different price ranges, but when I declined and just wanted to take the pearl and the shell(because it was pretty too!) he was great about it. No pressure transaction and it was really fun!

You think you’re getting a $ 15 pearl, but the up-selling is relentless! Be prepared your pearl could quickly become a $ 200+ purchase! When we tried to buy a cord the $ 10 wouldn’t fit. Then the $ 20 cord wouldn’t fit but surprise… A $ 50 cord fit just fine. Just be ready for some serious up selling!

It’s about 15 bucks for a pearl. I personally think the pearls make a good gift.
