Pizza Hut

I called having not ordered pizza in a long time. The lady who answered had a very VERY thick accent and I couldn’t understand her most of the time. It was so bad I thought I ordered one pizza and I actually ordered two somehow. She kept trying to sell things to me but nothing she said made sense so I just kept saying no.
So the order arrives. It wasn’t peak hours so delivery was pretty quick. The guy doing the delivery was a young kid; this is likely his first job. He pulls out the order and this is when I find out about the second pizza. And breadsticks I don’t remember ordering. Whatever. It wasn’t the guy’s fault so I just let him go.
The pizza itself didn’t look good. I wanted a thick hand-​tossed crust but instead got almost no crust at all. It was unbelieveble. I’m not demanding Round Table quality here, I just want a fluffy crust so I can enjoy my pizza. I really don’t want to know what the thin crust looks like. Also the crust itself had no flavor (as in it was JUST crappy dough).
The ingredients were NOT fresh. The sauce was obviously generic and preprepared (possibly bottled). There wasn’t much of it, either – I felt like I was eating melted cheese. I got pepperoni amd jalapeños and somehow the cheese was the only part I could taste. It was so greasy it soaked through the already underwhelming «crust» making some areas gooey and nasty. Overall I’d say this monstrosity of a pizza (if you could call it that) was the result of cost-​cutting and time-​saving at the expense of quality.
The breadsticks were… icky. They were crusted with garlic-​flavored salt (not real garlic) and made from the same cheap dough the pizza was. It was deep fried but not drained properly, so eating it left a coat on my mouth. I couldn’t finish one. I also didn’t touch the marinara sauce that came with it because I just couldn’t trust it.
The bottom line is that the crust it telling. Big, think, and awesome crusts tend to have fresher and more flavorful ingredients on top of them. Other locations do it better. This one, unfortunately, doesn’t care.

‘Delivered my pizza’ never knocked on the door. In the most professional way possible, forget this place. Wish I could give zero stars.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location. They have no customer service at all. They don’t care about their customers. I ordered a pizza for delivery the cashier gave the driver the rong address. I never recieved my pizza I called and talked to cashier. They had a rong address. The cashier was so rude to me and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manger. The guy that answered didn’t want to give me his name and put me on hold for 10 min then hung up on me. I called back and they finally transferred me to the manager named mitsy. She is the rudest meanest person I ever spoke to in life. I complained to her bout her employees behavior them she asked me if I still want my order YES or NO? I was so shocked. I replied with a yes and then she threaten me if I keep on complaint she will have to hang up. I love Pizza Hut and been always receiving the best customer service but this location is the worst. If you have a problem they won’t resolve it and they will treat u bad. I called the HR and made a complain. Even the HR person told me they recieved too many complains about this location. What a shame. This manger and workers should be fired and replaced with people that have customer service experience

They are not efficient with orders and they close way too early than specified hours. I do not recommend going her excuse to not helping me was the ovens needed to cool down. What?

Poor customer service, it took over an hour and a half to get my order, and no I didn’t order a lot. 2 medium pizzas and a Pepsi… Over and hour and a half… This location straight up s ucks.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years & their service has always been good! Up to this day I still order & the delivery people are always very nice. Good food & good customer service? Not complaining!

The sad thing about ordering from a place like Pizza Hut is that they don’t care and nothing will come of a negative review. I only order it for my kids. Two orders of cheese bread delivered as a pan pizza because someone was too lazy to locate the pizza cutter…

This is the worst Pizza Hut location to order from! I usually order from Pizza Hut on State College but 2 times I’ve ordered from this locations and both times they’ve gotten my order wrong! When I called them on the phone to let them know the girl who answered was very rude and refused to give me a discount or bring me my correct order! Very unprofessional!

Had to make my pizza again cause they didn’t make it thin and crispy but whatvers I didn’t really mind but didn’t make it up to me for it. I felt bad for making them make it again. Hungry though man.

They forget a part of your order and then you still have to wait 20 mins for it with no discount or even the slightest bit of concern for your inconvenience. The manager just goes around yelling at his employees instead of providing good customer service. As I am standing there waiting for my order there are phone calls coming in with items missing from orders and they are rude to the customer and too busy passing the blame around as to who forgot to add the item.

I was disappointed on my most recent visit. I had ordered an additional item and once it was prepared, it was sent out on someone else’s order. When I inquired about the delay, the employee did not seem concerned about me being inconvenienced.

I don’t know if this is even possible, but I believe that the pizza from this particular Pizza Hut location is even better than that made at their other outposts. I’m sure their staff makes all the difference! I do believe the pizza I got here last week was the best I have had anywhere, and I’ve had quite a sampling, including Chicago and New York!

call 15 minutes before and pick up your order. it’s so good and they always make it right and never have gotten it wrong… so far. i order half and half and it always comes out looking good and tasting amazing.
not the best location with parking and how the private lot is structured, but it’s not that bad. :)

If it was possible, I would give it a negative 5 stars. Not only was the pizza terrible, but the three of us that ate the pan pizza were violently ill for more than 24 hours.

The pizza is good, but their staff is even better! Even when pizza hut doesn’t offer plates, they go out of their way and gets us some plates for my buddy and I. We really do appreciate them here at the office.
