Ryan came out with his helper and did a wonderful job. My husband and I had the same window washer for many years who did a wonderful job, but moved away. We were worried about finding another reliable person/​company who could do a great job, who would also be very thorough. Came in and cleaned my dryer vents thoroghly. He took his time and did it right while explaining everything he was doing. No more old wet scent going around and the dryer is working the way it is supposed to. Good, honest guy and will definitely call again for future services.

Ryan is the owner of this newly started business and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is a perfectionist and you will be more than satisfied with his work. He has worked in my house on two different occasions and both times I would have given him more star if they were available. He always goes above and beyond and his number one priority is that your expectations are exceeded. He has a great attitude, is trustworthy and will not rush any job or charge you extra if it takes him longer than he expected.
On his first job at my house he cleaned my dryer vent. I requested his service when I lost a cleaning brush when I tried to clean the vent myself. The brush was jammed deep inside the vent and was extremely hard to get out. He was relentless and got it out even when I told him to give up. He got it out and did not charge me an extra dime for the extra work he had to do. He simply charged me the standard price for cleaning the vent.
On his second job, he cleaned my windows. He cleaned both sides of the glass, the tracks, the screens (included removal), replaced two screens that were damaged and all window seals. My windows were filthy and when he was done my house looked like a brand new house. Thanks Ryan!

Fantastic attention to detail. Ryan and his helper were thorough and careful. They cleaned the glass, tracks, screens, everything. After, Ryan went through the house to inspect each and every pane of glass and window track. He even did touch-​ups where my children had already fingerprinted the clean glass.
He’s an independent window washer and doesn’t have a website or anything – just word of mouth referrals. Which is how we found him, and I can definitely recommend him. He clearly takes pride in getting the windows sparkling clean. His price was very fair, probably the lowest or second-​lowest bid we got.
