STAY AWAY FROM QUEST! We own a building whose tenant contracted with Phoenix and Quest Building Products to install a floor. They were paid in full in December 2015. Then suddenly and without notice, they filed a bogus mechanics lien against our property in June 2016 for work that we never authorized. We were forced to file a NOTICE OF NONRESPONSIBILITY (California Civil Code § 3094) with the Orange County Recorder’s office, which involved a $ 9 filing fee, about $ 50 in expenses, and a near heart attack minutes before departing for a family vacation (that was delayed by a day thanks to Quest).
Bad actors like this deserve to go out of business.

The staff is VERY professional! I personally worked with geraldine, she met all my concerns and needs! I am very very picky and she didn’t seem phased by me one bit! I got exactly what I wanted and she even suggested some ideas that I loved! I will definitely work with this company again, and definitely work with geraldine again!

Though I have not personally used Quest Building Products, I can say that they are extremely unprofessional! A man in their company car flicked me off and yelled profanities at me on the freeway, this was extremely stupid because although he may not have been on the clock, he was still representing this company. Let this be a lesson to you, you know who you are…

We went in with a general idea of what we wanted to achieve and not much else. The expert staff took the time to explain our options and the pros and cons of each. I really appreciated their patience and all the advice they gave us. Lots of options and high quality products to choose from, so you get exactly what you want. Great experience!
