Christi is the Best!’ Best service ever! They really went over and beyond to make sure we got the attention we needed. Jewel also rocks!

About a hundred waitstaff standing around. Still took 20 minutes for someone to realize we were here. Had to ask for drinks 3 times. Came out after our appetizers arrived food was mediocre. Definitely not worth the price or hassle.

The atmosphere was tense, no smiles, but we were able to be seated quickly. We ordered the bourbon hot dog and French dip. The food came out fairly quick. The French dip was cold and tasteless. The dip looked like beef bouillon and was very salty. The waiter asked me how the food was and I, after 2 bites, asked him to please take it away. He didn’t seem surprised and asked if might like the Burger plate. I was sickened by this time and said no thanks. So my girlfriend had what was supposed to be a hot dog. It too was horrible. It tasted like some kind of bad meatloaf. With that being said I strongly recommend you don’t eat here. It’s too bad because this could be a good experience if someone really cared about what was being served. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here!

Have been here twice. The first time was fun, it was a hot day and we were grateful to be in the shade, but still outside. Not a great view of the game, and the service was terrible. Ho hum, maybe the waiter was new. Visited again with a reservation on Open Table. We were given a warning to show up by 7:15 or lose the reservation. Arriving promptly at 7, we were seated inside. We asked to be seated outside and were told, they were busy tonight. At the time only half of the outside tables were taken. We waited patiently for our waiter, nothing. We went back to the hostess desk at 7:15 and asked to be seated outside,(several tables available) and were told we couldn’t because we didn’t request it on our reservation. The inside area is behind glass, noisy, and all you can hear is the kitchen staff who hover around in a very confused manner. You would think they would have an audio feed for the game, since this is the reason most patrons are there. The waiter drops by and says«I’ll be with you in a minute» and returns 10 minutes later only to be distracted again, and then finally returns to take our orders. He took the orders on note cards, writing every word, and still messed up the table next to us. Another 20 minutes pass before our beverages arrive, at least, we did get water which didn’t happen on our previous visit. The food arrived and it was good which is the only reason this establishment gets two stars. Here is my logic. If you are going to drop $ 100+ on a meal for 4 people, why is the service so terrible? And if there are no outside tables available, why were some table empty for the entire 2 hours of our ordeal. Pretty sure we won’t be back.

The food is about 4 stars but the service and management is sooooo terribly slow that they get one star. Love the seats, but it’s best to bring food from another vendor in the stadium.

This was our first time back since the switch from the Knothole Club to the Shock Top Brew Pub. The food was good and is the only reason why I gave the Pub 2 stars, but the service was nonexistent. We got there a few minutes before the game started, were promptly seated and given menus and water, but then the server never returned until the bottom of the 2nd inning. We ordered, but then didn’t get our food until the 5th inning, didn’t get the glass of wine we ordered until the 7th inning, and didn’t get a refill on the water until the 9th inning! It was crazy! When I talked to the server, she said she would make her manager aware of the problem, later said her manager would«try» to come out to speak with us, but the manager never made an appearance. I guess the manager was just too busy? I’m definitely not impressed.

The Shock Top Brew Pub replaces The Knothole Club with varying degrees of success. Seemingly overnight my beloved Knothole Club was replaced by the newly christened«Shock Top Brew Pub» which only offers terrible Budweiser products and horrific bar service. Gone are the great craft brews, friendly service and fun atmosphere I expected at the indoor area of the club; all eschewed for corporate suds and scowling bartenders. The fare itself seems to have made the transition better than the beer and bartenders. The menu is unchanged and a great Burger, respectable Dogs and upscale ball yard favorites are available through the entirety of the game(so long as you score a table that is, which isn’t easy). I will also add that the wait staff have a much more agreeable demeanor and sense of urgency than the bar staff. Appetizers range from $ 10 to $ 16, and entrees range from $ 15 to $ 20 and some items are much better than others. Some of the better options include the Korean Wings, Pretzel Dip, Burger and French Dip(order extra Au Jus from the get go). The French Fries are very inconsistent and sometime too starchy, so temper your enthusiasm and the Black Truffle Mac & Cheese is a big no no. There is absolutely no flavor to be had at all in that dish. They also offer«kitschy»(bastardized) offerings of old-time ball yard favorites such as the«Astrodog», Carne Asada Nachos and«Brisket Hot Dog» that felt forced and contrived. I would forgo those options altogether. Although I am not a huge fan of the new name and the beer offerings are now dreadful, I have no doubts of my return to Shock Top Brew Pub.

This venue went from fair to poor. They are now exclusively Bud products! Prices are higher and on 8⁄22 the service was non-existent. Francis the bartender did not look up and we left after waiting 8 minutes. Laura and Marco the good ones were not here. Francis needs to stop flirting and do his job. They now have a «happy hour» but they are only reducing the stuff nobody buys. We have only missed a few games this season but this experience may change that!

Formerly the Knothole Club gastropub on the club level at Anaheim Stadium, this place is chill place to hang out at an Angels games. Love the fact that they have indoor and outdoor seating. When seating you they give you a clipboard with your last name on it. How cute. Haha. They serve all types of beer and alcohol. And of course, Shock Top draft wheat beers like Lemon Shandy, Pretzel Wheat, Banana Spiced and Apple Wheat. The Lemon Shandy was good! Want to be yelled at ?? Because I am going to give you an earful: Sweet Corn: Cilantro, Contija, Chili and Spicy Mayo. BESTCORNEVER! What What!!! My friend had the Chicken Caesar salad. They cooked the chicken, then chilled the chicken per my friends request. Great individual service. Dessert for 4? Yes Please! Gelato Banana Split with Chocolate and Vanilla Gelato, Cherry Mousse, Sea Salt Caramel and Spanish Peanut. Fantastic! Huge! Our waitress Cheyene hit a home run. Awesome! Highly recommend!
