Sprinklers and Turf

Awesome company! I had a broken/​leaking sprinkler head about 7 months ago, Richard came on time to the appointment and was able to figure out the problem almost immediately. He changed out the value in no time and everything worked great. Well, about a week or two ago I had messed up our plumbing to the outside, had it fixed but something was up with the sprinkler again. I called him up and he came out within a couple hours and fixed it up for me no charge. Thank you Richard!

In March this year, I called Richard to add extra heads and valves in my existing sprinkler system due to low pressure. Anticipating the work will involve lot of digging and a hefty bill because of the labor, Richard realized that new heads and valves were not needed. He recommended in replacing the existing heads with more efficient ones and was confident that it would solve the low pressure problem. Also, it would be a lot cheaper. Sure enough, he was right.
He arrived in a timely manner and completed the work as promised.
7 months later, one of the valves stopped working. The heads for the valve would not turn off regardless of what I did with the control panel. I called Richard to let him know what was going on and he stopped by within an hour of my call, 20 minutes from arriving he had it fixed. Instead of leaving, he made sure everything else was working. Well, apparently my gardner had nicked a sprinkler head and ruined the spray pattern. Richard promptly replaced that too, all at no charge.
All I can say Richard is honest, diligent, and very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Sprinklers and Turf to anyone.

I found Sprinklers and Turf through the Internet by a fluke. I had already had 4 previous estimates for artificial turf and was going to select one even though I didn’t feel real confident with my options. I completed an online request for one additional bid from Sprinklers and Turf. Richard called me back the next day. Richard came by and measured the job and explained the process and showed me samples. No pressure or attempts to to oversell the job. I liked what I saw and the price and hired him for the job of doing Diamond Pro Fescue turf in the rear yard and converting all the garden sprinklers to a drip system. Fast forward to today and the job is complete and looks awesome! Richard and his crew showed up at 8am as promised and went to work. They completed all the work by 4 and cleaned up everything. I could not be more satisfied with the price, which was competitive, the promptness, and quality of the finished product. Bottom line was Im so glad I got the 5^th bid.

Richard did a phenomenal job fixing a broken pipe and replacing a few sprinkler heads. I have used several other sprinkler companies, but never got the service I got from Richard. Richard is the owner of the company and takes pride in the work he does. I will use him for all future work!
