I came in here yesterday and the 2 counter guys were very helpful. I had the same service done once before at the buena park Sprint store, but these guys in Anaheim were able to do it a lot quicker and smoother than I’d say most stores.

This sprint had the worst customer service in the world. I’ve been to the fullerton one but this was pretty ridiculous. I came in with some questions but when I stepped inside it wasn’t to busy there was a family of 3 and two workers. After 30 seconds of standing in the store I was finally greeted with a «hey, what do you want» I told the employee that I am a current sprint customer with questions about my contract and upgrading a phone. When I asked my question he basically told me to call the sprint customer service and ask or come in a later time when they were not too busy. There was only 1 family of 3 and they were walking around the store, the guy was not even talking to them or was in distance of them they were basically on the other side of the room. What I do not understand is that why would I need to call customer service and ask about upgrading my phone when I’m at sprint store where they sell and upgrade phones? And what also bother me is the other employee just stood there and didn’t do anything I don’t know if he was on break or not but both employees seemed very incompetent.

This is by far the most horrible service I have ever had. Switched from Verizon so iPhones would be affordable for four people and I’ve had nothing but problems. My phone bill has been wrong several times and there customer service sucks. I’ve even been to this location about 3 times and they said the problem was fixed. After paying about 300 dollars for my bill in the past month I woke up this morning with my phone disconnected and called customer service and was told I owe 100 dollars and if I would like to pay over the phone. Most ridiculous service wish I would have stuck with Verizon.

I went to Sprint to buy a new phone and I was helped by Adam. He was great in helping me out and showing me all my options. I went with the Galaxy S4 and I love it. Adam locked me in to the unlimited for life guarantee thing so I will have unlimited everything for as long as I stay with Sprint. He also filled out my rebate for me so all I have to do is send it. Before I left with the phone, he helped me set it up and went over all the new features I didn’t have on my S2. He helped me get access to all my old apps and contacts information. The only thing bad about this place was the lack of parking but the service I got from the salesman made up for it.

There’s no parking lot for this store. The closest parking is across the street at Chase(there are signs telling you it’s for Chase customers only, but I wasn’t about to walk two blocks in 100 degree weather). Anyways, I walked in wanting to activate my phone. Yeah, I could have done it online or called a representative, but I(wrongly) thought that going to this Sprint store would be less of an inconvenience. WRONG! I walked in and the only girl working there was talking to two people she obviously knew and was«helping out.» Waited for forever until she finally realized that the only other person in the store needed help(seriously?). I had in hand my old phone, my new phone, and the box that came with the new phone and asked the girl to activate it for me. She scanned the barcode and told me that another number had already activated it(she couldn’t tell me which number, only told me that it wasn’t mine). She then started asking me where I got the phone and implied that the phone wasn’t mine and then wouldn’t help me. Seriously. I went to the Sprint store on State College and South and their system was down so they couldn’t help me either. Then I went to the one at The Block and they told me the girl was crazy and incompetent. They activated it for me, had me call a representative and all that good stuff. I was in and out of there in less time than I was at this store. I don’t know what was happening in her head. I don’t. She was speaking to me like I was stupid because I brought in a phone that was«already activated for another number.» Girl, what is wrong with you? Oh, in case anyone was wondering, I got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 from Amazon Wireless. They basically have a contract with all mobile carriers and get commission for selling phones. Anyways, the price of the phone is $ 150 from Amazon and $ 200 from Sprint, without tax. I don’t mind paying $ 200 for a phone, but tax was $ 50 for both online and in store. Anyways, my total was $ 200 for the phone with tax and free 2 day shipping, but the phone came in a day.

Do you enjoy being ignored? Is Spanish the only language you speak? Is quality Customer Service something could care less about? If you answered yes to these questions– this store is for you. My contract with Verizon is up soon, and I thought I’d exercise my options. This is the closest Sprint store for me, so I checked it out. The first thing about this location is parking– you have to park about half a mile away. And that’s if all the hockey parents haven’t taken all the spots. When I made it in, there were two ladies working and they were both with customers. I must be invisible, because neither of them even acknowledged that I came in. The music cranked over the radio was some mariachi nonsense, no big deal– welcome to Anaheim. So after about 5 minutes of having questions no one was going to answer– I left. Hey Sprint, I hope you read these because I will tell every person I ever meet to steer clear of your company. Quality customer service isn’t dead, just in your stores…

Staff was eh, selection of Android phones available thru Sprint is very limited, but of course that’s not the fault of the store here. It’s also not the stores fault that Sprint’s 4G service through Clearwire is pretty weak still. If you’re dead set on a Sprint phone, RadioShack might be a bit cheaper, but other then that the Sprint store has more to offer like seeing the handsets in action, accessories, etc.
