Terrible customer service. I went there to study until 10pm(on Unilocal it states they’re open until 11pm), but one of the employees yelled out they close at 9pm… I politely went to the cashier and showed him in Unilocal it stays they’re open until 11pm, and in a condescending tone he said«we don’t have control over Unilocal, our drive thru is open until 11pm not our dining in area.» I told him this was misleading and they should update their Unilocal page. He rolled his eyes, and ignored me. Now I have to drive to another coffee shop to finish studying and buy another drink. This Starbucks location sucks.

Poor management of bathroom even though it has key lock. When I asked about passcode, worker treated me like a beggar. Customer service and beverage are also poor than other branch near by.

One of the times I came, I waited a long time for my drink and watched everyone else receive their order. Today I did mobile order here bc I was dropping off the girls from school. Figured i would order as we left the house and would be ready. No drink was at the counter to be picked up, so I waited. Finally asked and it was behind counter. They should probably learn to leave the drink by the counter ready to be picked up. Because waiting 15 minutes for a drink I could have just ordered it and got it quicker at the store. & it had a ton of foam(said no foam) I was left with a tall drink basically. I will stick to the one by my work, wear it as well is busy, but have my drink ready when I come in.

*Complaint about an employee by the name of Stacy* I came here and bought 1 drink in the morning for a co worker who I lost a bet too. Then I had met with a potential client later in the afternoon and bought a second drink for the day. My meeting went well and I stayed to continue to do some business on my laptop & cell phone. Sometime later an employee by the name of STACEY came up to me and asked me if she can whip me up a drink. I had told her no thank you. She insisted on me buying a drink. I replied that I had just bought a drink before my meeting not too long ago and another earlier in the morning. My problem is while she did that she caught the attention of everyone in the building and had embarrassed me. Not only was I forced to buy another drink(my 3rd for the day) I had that«Walk of Shame» feeling when walking up to the register. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life. Thanks to you Stacy you earned your location a 1 star rating for embarrassing a professional business man. You SUCK!

I’ve had great experience here since coming to this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If the drinknisnt made right they are always willing to fix it and don’t seem bothered by that like at other locations. One day they even fixed a drink I bought at another store and ran into a work mtg so couldn’t go back to original location… thumbs up!

I don’t know why my Americano from here always tastes burnt. I consistently order an Americano from Starbucks almost every morning(from different locations depending on convenience), but this location always lets me down. I’m usually in the drive thru line, and don’t have time to turn around and come back to get another drink. I’m always disappointed. I don’t know why I keep coming here. I think it’s because it’s just conveniently located near my boyfriend’s house and we like to use this drive thru on weekends. I’ll probably have to just order something else from here, because all the other drinks we have ordered have tasted fine. It’s just the Americano. I can’t explain it. The drive thru does often take a while too, I’m used to zipping in and zipping out of Starbucks drive thru locations. They usually have my drink out the window as I pull up. Maybe they’re understaffed, or may it’s because it’s a fairly new location and the staff is still trying to get into the groove of things. Unfortunately, it’s not one of the better Starbucks locations. If you can go somewhere else, do it. If it’s your only choice, it won’t kill you.

I love coming here before heading to school in the mornings and evenings! So I’m here at least 3 times per week. The staff here is great and offer that great Starbucks customer service. The only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars is because during my morning visits the drive thru lane moves extremely slow!

LONGESTWAITEVER. I waited a little more than 30 minutes to receive the wrong drink. I don’t think I’m ever going back to that Starbucks. At least the girl working the drive thru was friendly or else I would have given them 1 star.

I always call the day before to place an order for a traveler. Both times, the order has not been ready. The first time, the place had just opened and I tried to be understanding. I didn’t complain and waited for a good 20 – 30 minutes. Late for work, but I wanted my coffee. Second time, the barista responds, «Oh yea, there was a traveler order for 6:30am.» It was 6:45am. I was the only person in the store and possibly one or two cars in the drive thru. Get it together, starbucks. I will definitely not be going here anymore for a traveler. Also, Starbucks promises the customers: «Your drink should be perfect, every time. If not, let us know and we’ll make it right.» Don’t groan and make a face when I ask you to remake my frappuccino. You just handed me a drink that was basically water.

I am not sure why this Starbucks drive thru is so incredibly slow. It seems to me that they are severely understaffed. Here’s a tip park and walk in save yourself 20 minutes!

New drive thru store next to the 91 freeway entrance and Carls jr. Store is big and clean with its large windows and high ceilings. Has coded bathrooms to weed out the customers and non customers from using and making a mess like other starbucks. Friendly employees.

It really irritates me when somebody takes my order, iced coffee, then stands behind the register not doing anything… make my drink. It’s like pouring water. I worked at Starbucks, a busy one, and we did what makes sense regardless of our role in the store. If I knew I would have to wait for all the drive thru drinks I would have waited in my car. Still waiting. Especially irritating as barista introduces her friend who ordered after me and makes him a drink.

I’ve never set foot inside here, but I’ve been in the drivethru and each time I’ve had to wait a while even on an off day/night. Other than the wait, it’s convenient, the baristas are all very nice, and it doesn’t ever seem to be crowded inside so if you’re looking for a place to study this is it.

I ordered a large green tea. Watched The barista make my drink. Saw her run out of green tea. Look around. Then fill the rest with black tea and hand me the drink. By no means is it a terribly big deal, but how often does this happen? What if she add something to my drink without asking and I’m allergic to it… I personally like knowing what I’m drinking.

Convenient location, right off the 91 freeway and next to a Carl’s Jr. Everything inside and out is new. And for some reason it may even stretch longer or wider than other Starbucks’ in the area. Could be the drive-thru that elongates the look. Not too busy on a Saturday afternoon either. Maybe they’ll get more traffic once people realize it’s there. It was an empty field for sooo long. They seem to be doing fine for now with the moderate flow of people that came in and occupied the drive-thru. I never caught workers standing around either and customer service was good. A barista did drop part of a blender with berries and coffee grinds onto my purse though, she did apologize and walked over to clean it up. Had frapps and cookies that were refreshing and satisfying. Indoors lots of seats as well as outside on the L-shaped patio. Welcome another Starbucks to the area!

Stood at the cash register for more than 5 minutes until somebody greeted me. There was no cashier in sight. Some of the baristas noticed me, but would not say a word. They are all a team. They should have at least said, «Somebody will be with you shortly» or a «Hello.»

I’m not a regular Starbucks goer, but came here for the first time. Started ordering a drink I don’t usually get, and the cashier, Rachel, was very rude and curt. Ordering a frappucino«well shaken,» isn’t such a terrible mistake from«double blended.» Abruptly responding with, «We don’t shake frappucinos,» and then waiting for me to correct myself if I don’t know how to explain what I wanted isn’t helping my first impression of this branch. Sure, I know how to order this drink better now, but this is not how you enlighten a customer unfamiliar with the Starbucks jargon.

Takes them 25 minutes to get my drink wrong TWICE. I just demanded my money back! Can’t believe there’s more than 10 people running around in there and they still can’t get anything right. Never coming back
