I have known Kendel for years as teacher, mentor, and friend — she is a genuine healer. I am a yoga teacher and I went to her for both my mat Pilates teacher training, and for my own issues with scoliosis. Kendel opened my rib cage, opened my heart in the process, and opened up a world of knowledge for me that I’ve used in my own teaching. She is a movement therapy master! Five stars for hygiene as well: they keep their machines meticulously clean — constantly wiping them down!

Keep forgetting to check in. Kendall is Awesome!!! I have a perminant spinal cord injury and personally feel extremely blessed for having the Best Team for my rehab. My Neurosurgeon to PT and Pilates with Kendall(ordered by my Neurosurgeon.) She is amazing and just saying she is a pilates instructor does not really tell you what she is truly capable of. Kendall is a Movement Educator. She is geting muscles to fire that have not been able to due to my nerve damage. It is a process, it’s not easy re-learning how to do things that once came naturally but thanks to Kendall’s talent, patience and caring I am doing better with every session. I have a long road ahead of me, but I have an Awesome team behind me and I am blessed to have Kendall in my corner.

Studio 3 Pilates offers a terrific and challenging workout. The instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable. The studio is pristine and atmosphere is super friendly. The workout… well don’t be fooled by what you see on TV or You tube, its not as easy as it looks. The benefit that I have seen is I am able to target specific areas. My instructor, Kate, really explains every detail so that you focus on the appropriate muscle group. It is a fantastic workout and every time I leave I feel exhilarated. I highly recommend to this all people not just women. It is also my understanding that your experience level or athletic levels don’t matter, pilates can work for anyone.
