Subway

All Subways are pretty much the same when it comes to the food they offer and the quality. The reason for the one star review is the terrible customer service. I just left there and the lady who helped me made me feel like she would rather be doing anything else other than her job today. Maybe she’s just having a bad day but the service and attitude were beyond bad.

I came to this subway a little over 3 months ago for a quick lunch with my bf (HE LIVES TWO BLOCKS AWAY). It was not a very pleasant experience. I walked in and was not even greeted the young girl and gentlemen looked at my bf and i as if we were an inconvenience to them. I almost asked if we were interrupting them! Those dirty looks threw me off so i let my bf order and we left IMMEDIATELY! Not only did their attitudes throw me off the store wasn’t even clean! The floors were stained and black EWWWWW! They were literally sticky! Last week my bf’s dog was rushed to the vet next door. :’(It was very early we hadn’t eaten anything and we were going to be there for long so my bf convinced me to get something from there. To be honest i walked in ready to argue with the staff if they gave me anymore attitude, to my surprise NO FAMILIAR faces thank goodness! It looked like a new store CLEAN EVERYTHING and more importantly POLITE friendly faces at the register. Three people greeted me right away and started helping us out right away. The staff was young but really friendly and very polite. I asked to speak to the superv to speak about the wonderful customer service. I also told her about my last exp she told me the store was sold to a different owner. She apologized for that terrible experience and did reassure me the entire staff was replaced! The managers were so friendly and very NEAT. It just goes to show GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is EVERYTHING. My food was great and i was even given free cookies and a disc for my next order. Obviously my bf and i will will be coming more and more they have the softest cookies soooooo good! :)

I got horrible service from this place. I also dealt with an owner. Everything about this place is a joke. If you keep going on Lincoln towards downtown Anaheim, there is another subway right before Anaheim Blvd (Vons, Starbucks etc in the complex), and you’ll be glad driving a couple of miles instead of going to this subway.

attn ADE the mgr. just a couple months ago this was a great subway that my wife and I loved going to, today we are thinking of finding a new one. not happy with the service or the sandwiches being made here anymore. employees seem timid and dont listen well or talk very much. tonight almost 2 hours before closing, they said they ran out of all soups and our favorite bread, which is often on the bread. they made my mother a horrible meatball sandwich without any sauce in it, gave me the wrong cookies and i ordered 12 diff. cookies, im writing this for the last 4 visits in the last 2 months. not happy about the changes. I do believe we are going to look for a different subway to frequent to now. its a shame, because we walk to this unit, now we are going to drive to another.

Came in here to get away from the subways like. aggl the gas station next to Disneyland …I saw it had 3 stars… it has 4 now from me great sandwich and clean place to eat…

Excellent customer service! I go one to two times per week and am never dissatisfied. The fuze green tea with honey is awesome. Fresh ingredients and yummy sandwiches. Walking distance from my house so that’s a plus. New manager ADE has made some great improvements to the store. She cares about her customers and can carry on great conversations. Thank you!

Fantastic place! Always friendly staff and awesome service with fast and efficient service! Food’s great! Great selection of drinks and really good soup and breakfast!

Best service ever! Marcus was great! Knows what his doing! He prepared the salad just the way we like it! Love the way he prepared the sandwich too! Marcus job well done ;)) hope to see more often in the store! Keep up the job well done!

This location has almost no parking.
The entrance can be blocked by selfish Starbucks drive thru users who will block the entrance to the parking lot…
Sometimes when I want to get a meal that I know is safe, I will go to a place like subway.
I ordered a hot Italian and a hot pastrami, both were very tasty and most reasonable.
My wife was very happy with her pastrami!

I placed an order for party platters. In my order I requested the vegetables to be on the side and when I opened the party platters, I couldn’t believe my eyes! Instead of placing the vegetables in different compartments, they placed all the vegetables (onions, pickles, bell peppers, olives) in a cardboard box! As a result I ended up with soggy vegetables! I am never going to this location again!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Me and my employees ordered deliver at 9:18 this morning. It’s 11 and we still have no received our food, I called 9 times in a row with no answer then i call from my cell phone and they pick up and they have no excuse for why they ignored the previous calls then said the driver was lost do we want a refund???
Like NO we’re still starving wtf and dont bring us cold sandwiches almost 2 hours later. I asked them to re-​make it and I can almost guarentee it wont be another 45 minutes til we get our order and it will most likely be wrong like last time.
PS WE ARE LITERALLY .2 MILES AWAY!
we just didnt have time to go pick it up before work.

I’ve been here on several occasions and they’ve always helped me with the overload on party guest. Maricela is great she always lends a helping hand when it comes to catering. Subway has become an icon in the sandwich world.
