Subway

I ordered two sandwiches and I soon as I got home and I live right on the other side of the street from the subway they were soggy and I had to tear off both sides of the sandwich for both of them

Horrible service! Not only were we never greeted, the lady making sandwiches had horrible communication skills, hardly talked to us and took long (there were no other customers in line). It was a rainy day and she didn’t give us the special even though I mentioned it. While we were dining, another employee made us uncomfortable by literally sweeping and mopping our shoes! Not recommended and not going back.

overall kind of a negligent staff. found some black speckles in the ice. left some skin on the avocado in my sandwich. the bread was pretty well done. green tea dispenser empty. and no bathrooms for guests. and when we got a kids meal he «displayed» the starwars bags with the straps in front so we couldn’t see the design. nothing terrible. just overall, not a really WELL run subway.

sometimes the service of the staff is poor, staff could be retrained

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! Bugs flying around the food, the sandwich makers don’t change their gloves, frost burn on the veggies, and brown avocados !! I knows it’s just a subway but I except some sort of cleanliness and fresh ingredients. Gross.

Don’t spend money on food at a place that won’t let you use the restroom. If Subway is all about health, they should let you wash your hands between handling money and handling food. Once again, this company of mercenary franchisees rude employees fail!

Horrible customer service. The Arab lady doesn’t even help customers. She waits for the kid with the headphones in his ears to help an incoming customer to help the lady that’s waiting while he’s trying to ring out my order… No greeting no sign of acknowledgment. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Seems like the ppl don’t even want to be there. Had to tell the guy helping me what kind of sandwich I wanted twice. Take your headphones out! You are working !! Oh and I still got the wrong sandwich. I asked the guy if it was a cold cut combo and he gave me attitude so I left trusting that it was the right thing… I get home and it’s all bologna. Train your ppl, give them some customer service standards and maybe you’ll be a better place to visit.

This Subway is in a crowded strip mall. When we walked in there was just one customer inside around 7 pm on Saturday. The lady and the cashier guy was nice. My daughter ordered the cheese Flatizza and I got the veggie one. They were delicious. The owners did not skim on the cheese on any of them. Parking is in strip mall. You may see some shady guys around the restaurant as there is a liquor store next door.

Worst service ever!!! They were rushing me I couldn’t even let them know what I want on my flatizza. Lata was the one who helped me and man no words can’t describe how mad and disappointed I am.

Subway is great, just not this one. I have never seen a subway take so long to make a sandwich when there was barely anyone in line.

Great thing about this place is that they are now open 24 hrs.
Another good thing is how quickly they go through the lunch rush. Staff does a good job of making the sandwiches neatly (I hate it when some other places make it too messy to eat). Sandwiches taste pretty good here. Although, I wish they still had that garlic bread. Other than that, bread seems to be baked quite often.
I don’t believe that there are too many other places that are open throughout the night around here so being open 24 hrs is nice.

Awesome service great food. The blonde girl that works there hooks it up on the produce and doesn’t give me attitude like most subway workers when I ask for my chicken on the side.

This is subway is just okay. The guy that was helping me was not friendly, and very stingy on the spinach. Nothing special about this subway.

Im very picky when it comes to subway because im big on freshness and cleanliness of the produce, as well as not running out of product such as veggies and bread. Friendly and efficient staff and well managed location even for its size. It would be a 5 if its cutting boards were in better shape and if the glass lids were covering the meat and vegetables more often when there are no guests ordering.

The workers are a little hard to understand and messed my sandwich up :(

Clean and fast. Tastes like all the other Subways.

Fan of Subway YES.
Not a fan of when a Subway franchise is not prepared for a lunch time rush and «run out» of feta cheese and spinach at 12 noon? hmmmm. No, that just means you my friend are just being lazy and would rather have your customers not entirely happy with their sandwiches. There is a science to a personalized subway sandwich and Mr. Subway on Ball in Anaheim cannot mess with that.
