We have been using Sunset Signs for a while now and have always gotten exactly what we ordered. We have provided artwork but in a few cases and let them do the design work in and we been very happy with the end product. They do not ever have an issue with the changes we requested and got us proofs back quickly.
The price is always very low and their turn times are very quick.
We will use them again.

Jessica was very helpful in explaining what I needed for two types of decals for my race team. The service was great and the turnaround fast. Finished product just what I was looking for. I’ll use them again and feel comfortable recommending them to others. Unilocal deal was a bonus.

Don’t trust this company, they can’t handle a simple wrap job and bail on it unfinished. Owner has a very careless attitude when the issue was communicated to him, unwillingly to solve the problem or do anything to help.

Maybe I was a little hasty and harsh about my previous review. I still don’t agree with the Minimum price on off the shelf non custom items but I do appreciate the owner contacting me and her willingness to address my concerns. she also offered to make an exception for my magnet purchase.

Before I tried Sunset Signs, I went to a different sign making company and had a terrible experience. Phone calls weren’t returned, Just receiving a quote took over a week, and then was quoted for things I hadn’t even asked for.
With preparing to open a new business, I did not have time to waste with bad customer service. Thankfully, I found Sunset Signs and had a totally different experience. I was greeted with a friendly staff, and my needs were taken care of quickly and without any headaches!

Sunset Signs was super & Tracy a joy to work with. We worked with them on our store front sign for our Tustin Heights Sport Clips store & they were great. They even got the city permits & installation done!

For anyone who reads my reviews, I usually only write reviews for restaurants and Vegas shows. However, I had to tell you my experience at Sunset Signs and Printing.
My friend Joe who just recently started a business, wanted a banner made to display in front of his store. Since I had no idea where to start, I always go on Unilocal to find out. I found Sunset Signs and saw that my friend had been here so I asked her about it and she said they were great, I usually like to see 20 or more reviews on a place to get a wide view of opinions.
However, after talking with Joe and telling him what I found, he said lets go to the store and give it a shot. If we didn’t like it, we could always leave. Once we got inside, we were greeted by the friendly staff. My friend explained to one of the workers what he needed and they could visualize what my friend was looking for. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service and my friend was extremely happy with the final product.
If you need a sign or banner, this is the place to come to. Give Sunset Signs and Printing a chance, and you won’t be disappointed.

Gotta give Tracy at Sunset Signs 5 stars!!! I’ve used this place in recent years and just had the opportunity to use them again this week.
I walked in and spoke with Tracy, told him what I needed and within a few days he had my old sign removed and my new one installed, just the way I wanted. Fair price, quick service, and friendly too.

I dropped by this place because of the business description on Unilocal.I needed tabloid brochures printed and the information provided indicated they offered these services. However, they really do not. Banners, yard signs, etc. is obviously their expertise. The guy was super friendly and willing to help. I did however have a few banners I designed and he offered to possibly match the price I found online. However, my source was slightly more than 50% off his price. Regardless, a good place for someone who needs a assistance and does not trust themselves with the artwork.
