I ordered Internet online a couple days ago. Internet was installed this afternoon. I checked my bank account tonight &TWC already charged me for their service this month. I haven’t even used their service for 24 hours. I haven’t even received my FIRST bill yet.

I would give them — 5 star if I could. I had very bad experience with the company few years ago so I switched to ATT. I saw the promotion and decided to give them second chance, how ever it appears that they don’t deserve that chance. The sales team will promise any thing to get you business but right of the bat when technician comes its mess. They Apointmets timing is a big mess and then you realize that the sales person lied about every thing to you. When I called the customer service to complain they didn’t care much, I was transferred from one caller to another caller and they hanged up on me. Very poor customer service

Great customer service the technician that came to my home was named Jay and he was very patient and friendly. So far the cable is awesome!!!

I hate the customer service more than anything. Not only does the automated phone give you the run around, the customer representatives as well as their supervisors do too. I’m a customer representative myself for a national corporation. I understand how stressful it can be. Yet I also know how to excel in sales as well. TWC would benefit greatly if they took the consideration to train their associates better. With all that said, I can’t believe its been 14 days and a technician hasn’t come out.
