Universal Carpet

This store is no longer located in Anaheim!!! They have moved to Irvine and it is irritating they haven’t updated their info on this store location!!!

Marshand is our salesman so far it has been very easy. I will update the rating at the end of the insallation. The installation was beautiful it was done quickly and easily. I love the store and Marshand.

Our salesperson, Michael, was incredibly helpful and knowledgable on pretty much everything we asked about flooring. We didn’t know which carpet out of hundreds to choose from but he made it all simple and super easy to set-​up. I’m not easily satisfied and he miraculously managed to narrow my choices to my liking! He also made sure to keep us within our budget so we don’t overspend… truly appreciated.
He personallly came to our home and did the measurements. Within 10 minutes he had our price for all 3 bedrooms. I really appreciate the fact that there were NO hidden fees, the price quoted is the price you pay. AND Michael was by far, the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with concerning a big purchase like this. He let us know what to expect and gave us his personal cell phone number for «just in case» scenario. We paid a small deposit up front and then paid the balance after installation. Super easy.
Installation was within the time frame scheduled and it was quick! They really have it down to make sure they’re in and out. They move all the furniture, you just have to move your personals out of the way, they’ll move the rest — awesome. They didn’t even disturb my downstairs neighbors! That’s a huge plus!
We will definitely call on them again for more flooring and countertops!
