I just left this place. I was going to eat here with my family. My eldest had to use the restroom and I went with her because she is only 7. Well I was by the door and an employee started opening the door. I told her it was occupied and she continued to open and tell me I should have gotten the key. I was furious and walked out. Rudest place ever! She didn’t even apologize for opening the door

I have been coming to this locations for a number years. Over the last few months when I call in and place an order I get there and they tell me that I must have called another location. Today was the 4 th time this has happened. I not only have this locations number programmed into my phone but I specifically asked for the address so that I could make sure I called the right one. I get there and I was told I didn’t call in an order and once I verified the number with the girl she stated that I wasn’t telling the truth. Not sure what I have to gain. But I really don’t think I’m ever coming back.

Slow service and non-attractive inside. The food was extremely poor quality and way overpriced. The vegetables have no flavor and the salmon was nasty.

I liked this waba grill best so far. Food is delicious. Surprised how good it was after having read the reviews. only reason i left a star out was the presentation.

I dined here 3 times now and the service is just really unfriendly and the food was whatever. The lady serving me had a really bad attitude and looked mean. Wouldn’t come here again. The first time I thought the food was good but as of late, they seem to be lacking both in quality of food and of service

The chicken and rice were both old. Rice was basically dry, chicken was bland. I like waba grill. Maybe not this location. Fresher food would’ve been nice

I ordered a beef plate, the cook took meet out of a big pan and chopped it up on the table, he never grilled it.

I liked the foods of Healthy. Definitely i can say that this Waba grill provides what i want; Salmon & White meat chicken veggie bowl were great. I ordered Salmon veggie bowl. It’s really awesome. I’m not really seafood person, but i was enjoying this bowl because cashier recommended. Also, service was really quicker than MacDonald…

I was having dinner in the Waba Grill when I was sitting in the dining room when a roach crawled across my table then I went into the restroom and roaches will call up the bathroom place has bad sanitation in the health department needs to come and shut them down then I tried to explain to one of the workers what was going on and nobody seems to speak English that language barrier and I don’t know how people can do business in our country and can’t speak English good to be shut down by the health department and have the nerve to have an A The health department will be sending someone out today

Love the Waba Grill, but not a fan of this location. It can be dirty at times and there is a lack of seating. The food, on the other hand, is great. Far superior to the Flame Broiler. The steak, the chicken, and the rice are all top-quality for a fast food Asian BBQ joint. I prefer the steak here. It’s not tough and overcooked like other places. I’d give this place four stars for food, but a star is being knocked off for the ho-hum experience. The service here could improve, as well.

I had the steak plate, my wife had the chicken bowl. Both items were fresh, and cooked properly. The sauces are good. Chicken was well marinated. Employees are friendly and the place is clean. It’s a well run franchise.

Waba, I appreciate the health conscious route you’re taking, but next time let’s not forget the dressing on my salad. I mean rabbit food is good and all, for rabbits, just doesn’t quite appeal to my palette without a little kick of flavor. Thanks.

I love Waba! This is a good place for a quick meal that’s on the healthier side. It’s WAAAAAY better than Flame Broiler. To be honest I’ve only tried one thing, the chicken and veggie bowl, but if that’s what you like, you’ll love Waba’s version. It’s about $ 6.something for the chicken and veggies bowl without a drink and the portion-size is perfect.

A franchise teriyaki grill restaurant. The beef was delicious, but a little too many fatty parts was a bit disappointing. The chicken(white meat) was the highlight of my meal. There is extra teriyaki sauce you can get on the side. The salad and rice were also solid. The portion size was decent. Overall, it’s a healthy meal at a reasonable price. I’d even say it’s a step above it’s competitor Flame Broiler.

Hands down the worst service I’ve received at any fast food teriyaki bowl restaurant. I walked in and stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that I was standing there. Three different employees looked at me and said nothing. Two of those employees were on their personal cell phones showing the cook pictures, while I waited for someone to take my order. I ordered and had to wait 11 minutes for my chicken bowl. I watched it sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes, finished, waiting for a lid. Oh, and there was ONE person ahead of me. This staff has no sense of urgency, customer service, or just plain common courtesy. I can tell you that I will NEVER step foot into this restaurant again.

I know it’s not the best thing to go to a location 15 mins before they close, but when you’re strapped for time you expect a location to be fully operated. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they had the open sign off, and was mopping. When we opened the door the girl looked to a colleague after asking if they were open and said no. We then saw another customer walk in and order after we were sitting in our car figuring out where to go! It is unprofessional to close before closing time. This was not the first time I had a bad experience at this location, which is disappointing because I love waba grill. I wi not be returning to this location.

Really good service. Cashier was super nice as well. I got the Salmon Bowl and added the Louisiana Hot Sauce. It was so good. If I wasn’t on my way to Disneyland, I would’ve ordered another one to take home for lunch tomorrow too! I will definitely recommend this place to friends, family and coworkers!

Huge fan of Waba Grill! As I am also a fan of that one restaurant(FB) who produces dishes that are indistinguishable to Waba’s. I tend to get the Chicken-Steak plate with brown rice and green onions. Being a green onion junkie, I opt to take extra from their side bar of green onions, lemons, carrots w/jalapeños, teriyaki and hot sauces. I have been known to stuff a sandwich baggie full of green onions(that’s how much I love them!) to-go. For me, it surpasses the average teriyaki fix you can get at lesser known spots, thanks to their big nourishing portions. The customer service has been great so far and my orders cranked out gracefully fast, with no discrepancies. It might not be for everybody, but I sure do dig it!

I love Waba Grill & will always come here & my order was wrong. I order a simple chicken bowl, brown rice, no sauce, no veggies, with onions. What do I get? white rice with plain chicken with no onions… ugh… But other than that this is the nicest waba grill I have been to. There was plenty of spots to sit down, even a TV! It feels clean inside & I just love new restaurants.

Waba Grill is your basic bowl joint with a couple of twists. * No MSG, no oil used in cooking & extra veggies make for a bit healthier meal. The beef and chicken tasted pretty good and had a nice teri sweetness. You can add more if you wish like I did, but they taste pretty good on their own. The veggies were fresh and had a nice snap, although I felt there was too much cabbage. And the addition of a hint of ginger only helped push Waba above Lame Broiler in my book. I liked the hot sauce, its kind of tobasco-ish tasting with a lot of vinegar. This is a very clean place and the service is good too. Lots of parking and free drinks with lunch too. Only open couple of days but doing just fine. I’ll be putting Waba Grill on the work lunch rotation. Give Waba a try for a nice teri bowl. I’ll be back
