Just wanted to share my experience with this company. I placed a order for some drain material and scheduled the delivery for the following week. The delivery was to be delivered at 7 am due to access constraints to the particular location. The delivery didn’t arrive till 11;30 am which created some problems for the driver finding a place to park and unload my order. We ended up having to place the order over 100 yards further away from our planned drop spot, creating extra work for the crew. During the process of the delivery the delivery driver was rude to my employees and complained the whole time about the access. (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONSIDERING THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE). At this time we notice that our order is incomplete, and I start the process of figuring out what happen to the rest of the order. After a week of phone calls and multiple trips to the white cap store with no success, I decided I needed to go to the store one last time. I arrived at the store at 9 am in the morning to try and get the problem resolved once and for all. Two hours later they finally re ordered the three missing peace’s. Here is the best part, after all of this, the tell me that the three peace’s will take another week to arrived or, I could pay $ 145.00 to receive them in 2 days, even though it is there fault for the delay. Not wanting my customer to suffer for the mistake of white cap, I reluctantly pay the ransom to get my material delivered. This was my first experience with this so called professional company and will probably be my last. This was my experience with them, I hope if you choose to shop here, yours will be better.

You can find your football team’s hard hats, gloves, welding hoods and gloves, safety vests, tool belts, hand tools, fire protection, waterproofing, rebar, and all that other fun little stuff.
What sucks about White Cap? The hours. They aren’t even open on the weekend.
