Amazing work that xl Entertainment did my vision they took it and ran with it. Got so many compliments on how it turned out and how beautiful it looked! It was so pretty and breath taking with all the lighting and draping will definitely go through with adrian again.

Let me start off by saying how easy it was to get in contact with Adrian about my wedding last August. He was quick to reply and we had met in person within a week at the venue that my reception would be at. He had already worked with the people at the location so he was very familiar with space, set up, themes, etc. I told him what I wanted which was very simple yet elegant because I wanted to create a fairytale backyard. He gave me suggestions that helped tremendously with my budget and made it super easy when it came to payment. He was beyond accommodating and helpful with everything we wanted and what little that we needed came out so beautifully and created this wonderful summers night ambiance for us. We are forever grateful for helping us make our wedding extra special with what he and his team put together. Oh and what he provided was chandeliers and lighting around our dance floor and a draped canopy for our sweetheart table

Adrian and his team at XL Entertainment were consummate professionals. They worked around a variety of venue and logistical constraints and ultimately designed a beautifully warm space for our family and friends to enjoy. They also did this with only one week’s notice as our venue changed unexpectedly last minute. We highly recommend XL to anyone who is planning any variety of events.

Ah man did XL Entertainment Systems make my life easy. I’m a DJ, who also provides up lighting as an additional service. I had and wedding the night before and knew I’d be way too tired to set up 3 sound systems for the wedding, slideshow equipment AND wired up-​lighting. I’m a one man show, so NO WAY. I contacted XL Entertainment to inquire about 18 uplights for my client. Not only did Adrian respond right away, he did so close to midnight. I can appreciate that, because I’d do the same for my clients.
I knew then I’d be booking with this company. 18 wireless battery powered uplights, setup and strike at the end of the event.
On event day I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t ask what type lights I’d be getting because I assumed they’d be round LED Par lights like I had. Nope, he provided great looking color bars that provided a much bigger wash on the walls and left the room looking amazing. Oh, and they arrived earlier than I did, and I had a ton of stuff to set up. Talk about attention to detail. I now have a go to up-​lighting company when I’m too lazy to use my own.

I found XL Entertainment on Unilocal while I was researching for Lighting Vendors for my wedding. Adrian met with my fiancé and was very professional and came prepared with pictures of their work was able to work with our budget. He was quick to reply to my emails and many questions as all us brides to be have. In the end my husband and I were real happy and our reception turned out beautiful! Hiring Adrian was a great decision which added so much detail and just the right of color to our venue we were looking for. Thanks Adrian!

We got married at the Anaheim Marriott on NYE and what we loved about the ballroom were the huge chandeliers and the high ceilings. Since the hotel is near Disneyland, whoever designed it must’ve had the «whimsical and colorful» theme on their minds because the walls had colorful paintings on them and of course played off the even crazier colorful carpet. This room needed to be draped badly. I contacted Adrian one evening and he was surprisingly prompt with his correspondence, since it was after usual business hours.
When he met us at the ballroom to discuss details, he was very professional and brought his ipad to show all of the examples of their draping. The ballroom was huge, so we were concerned about going over our budget but he was willing to work with us around that. We had researched many other draping/​lighting companies and for the package that Adrian was able to customize for us, it was a the best deal we found! Of course you’re thinking, with price comes a sacrifice for quality, but that is where XL entertainment differs from the rest!
A few months later, once we finalized our guest count, it went way over what we had planned originally and we ended up having to add an additional section of the ballroom (doubled in size basically). Adrian was able to accommodate all the additional draping without breaking the bank! It’s so refreshing to meet vendors who are genuine and will not try to overcharge you for their services when you’re in a pinch.
The night of, the ballroom looked like a dream! I couldn’t have been happier with the way the ballroom turned out. I would highly recommend XL entertainment, they were so easy to work with and their quality is top notch!

Adrian from XL Entertainment did the uplighting and draping for our November wedding. From start to finish, Adrian was amazing. Adrian made it easy to trust his opinion because of his genuine interest in making our wedding beautiful. Adrian was quick to respond to any emails or text messages, which made things run a lot smoother.
Envisioning everything was a bit difficult, but on the day of wedding everything was gorgeous. The ceremony and reception site were absolutely breathtaking, I literally cried.

We used XL Entertainment for our wedding last month for the draping of our wedding’s reception room and cannot tell you how amazing it looked. I needed lighting and draping for my wedding and didn’t want to spend tons of money. Adrian was very quick to respond in his texts and emails and met me at the restaurant venue to go over the layout. Adrian and his crew created magic for our daughter’s wedding by transforming a community center hall into a romantic, intimate setting. They put up floor to ceiling draping and uplights, as well as chandeliers and bistro lights at the ceremony gazebo and patio… these touches brought the place to life and they were worth every penny. They were timely and had everything in order and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional vendor. We are so grateful that we went with this company and look forward to posting pictures soon! I had my wedding reception at a 13,000 sq. ft crossfit gym/​warehouse with 30 ft ceilings. I was worried that I couldn’t find a draping company that can handle a spot that big. So glad I came across XL Entertainment, they transformed the gym to an awesome wedding venue. We had them do the lighting and draping and it turned out so nice. Had Adrian do all the lighting for my July 4 wedding, everything was amazing, we had uplifting, dance floor design, wall designs and a personalized logo. Adrian from XL Entertainment Systems was so great to work with for our wedding. He met us up at our venue months in advance and we explained our vision to him. He didn’t try to upsell us anything but rather told us better areas to spend our money to make the most impact. It is truly rare to come across a vendor like this and we were so appreciative of it.
We had a difficult time envisioning everything but on the day of the wedding… wow…every suggestion Adrian provided turned out gorgeous! We still have trouble believing how amazing everything turned out. XL Entertainment did the lighting and draping for my wedding last month. Everything was absolutely beautiful. I was a little concerned about the paint color in my reception hall (a pale yellow), but the up lights they placed all around the room gave it a warm amber glow that set the mood off right!
We first met with Adrian at our wedding venue. He went over their offerings, showed us some photos on his iPad of what they are able to do, took measurements, and made suggestions for us. We ended up going with background draping behind our sweetheart table, a spot light on the draping with our names in a pretty design, a pin spot light pointed at the cake, and amber up lights placed around the entire room. Our meeting was quick, easy, and hassle free. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us decide on a package that was the right fit. After our meeting we received a contract to sign within the week.
They were right on time for set up prior to the ceremony starting and tear down at the end of the night. They were 100% professional with me the entire time. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this company to any bride in a heartbeat.

XL entertainment was amazing to work with! Very professional! They truly transformed my wedding venue to exactly what I was envisioning with the draping! I was browsing Pintrest one day and came across draping. I started calling around and got some ridiculous quotes. That’s when i came across XL Entertainment. Adrian called me back and was able to meet me at the restaurant within the hour. At this point this was just some crazy idea I had to gift to the bride and groom. I had no idea what it would cost or how set up would even work at the restaurant. He came with his assistant and surprisingly I was not blown away by an astronomical number like the previous places I had called.
The day of the wedding ran smoothly, on their part of course. I was running around like a mad woman trying to get everything in order. It felt like I said Hi, hello, and all of a sudden they were finished and it looked amazing. During the day we used this area as a backdrop for photos and honestly it turned out to be the best part of the wedding (decoration wise). At night it transformed the patio into a sexy, intimate feel. Exactly what the bride wanted. This was one of my crazy ideas that I thought wouldn’t work or couldn’t afford, that actually did work and turned out for the better. We got so many compliments not only from the guests but also from the restaurant owners.
If you are browsing around for companies I highly recommend them. Not only did set up look fabulous but their customer service is impeccable. This is some trouble I had, just getting vendors to call me back. You will always get fast call backs, check in’s and quick pick up. :D

We hired XL Entertainment for our backyard rustic wedding on 11−9−13. I was looking for someone that I could rent strands of bistro lighting from so we could hang them in a rented tent ourselves. I e-​mailed a lot of companies, including Christmas lighting companies –all of which either didn’t respond to me or weren’t interested in giving me what I needed. I found XL and read all of their great reviews and decided to try them out. I sent an e-​mail with my request and received a reply from Adrian immediately– within a couple of hours.
We ended up hiring Adrian at XL after he came out to give us a quote. He was extremely helpful with suggestions to make our big day even better than what I could’ve ever imagined! He had an iPad full of his work so I could see tons of examples and get a picture perfect idea. His quote was so reasonable, it made it worth it to hire them to do it all vs. renting strands and doing it ourselves.
Once our wedding day arrived, Adrian and his crew at XL Entertainment were prompt, professional, and great at what they do! I could easily see why they had so many rave reviews. They were so efficient and organized and once they were done setting up I was so thrilled to see how beautiful the end results were. I can honestly say the bistro lighting they hung and the up lights they provided made our backyard wedding unbelievably beautiful and unforgettable! It would not have been the same without it!
Our reception was over around midnight, and believe it or not, the XL team came out at 12:30am to tear down. They were done within 30 minutes and once again were so efficient and quick that you hardly even knew they were there.

XL Entertainment had the cheapest quote among all the competitors in the area. Not only did they provide the best quote, their package (lights, drapes, monogram) was better than their competitors. Given that, their drapes and lighting were awesome and their Monogram was excellent as well.
I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Adrian and his team.
